The chair in white is very comfortable, easily adjustable and beautiful chair. I took off a point for poor assembly instructions mainly due to tiny illustrations and print. Just one point because.I did not realize that.the socket wrench was included because the word "socket" was never in mentioned. Luckily I had a smell one on hand that.made assembly quite difficult. Beautiful, easily adjustable, easily movable chair at the end of a two hour assembly using a magnifying glass to read microscopic print. Partly my fault but still a bit complex. A real winner and beautiful finish in the end at aa very reasonable price. ... show more

I bought this for the height adjustment after injury left me unable to use my various spa stools. The seat height is important to the quality of my services so finding the perfect stool was imperative. At approx $40, I thought well if I get 6 months use, it would be worthwhile. I just received it today! I am surprised at how sound and sturdy this stool seems to be. I’ve spent $150+ and not seen this quality. Of course I will use it for a while and know the whole truth. If this message remains unchanged then you should probably buy yourself one. The seat is wide to support the hips, adjustment allows knees to remain below hips, and back support does support. It came completely packaged up and each part wrapped separately. No scratches or scuffs. Easy to assemble (especially if you’ve done this before). I bought the white seat with black powder finishes on the bottom. Lastly, this chair has nice clean lines and looks professional! We’ll see what happens. ;) ... show more

Super easy to assemble. Very comfortable and fits in a small space, perfect for what I need it for. It is not as white as it looks in the pics, more beige, but I don't mind. I love it.

Came with valve part not working so chair doesn’t go up or down or recline it’s comfortable to set in and trying to get replacement part has been hard since you have to deal with Amazon and it only gives you the option to return not exchange the durability is good its reasonably priced. assembly was little tricky putting the arms on but got easier once I realized you put arms on back of top of chair first then push it onto bottom seat good chair just not great customer service and it arrived not working ... show more

This chair brought me a full range of emotions. The Allen wrench had a comfort grip which I thought was a lovely ergonomic touch to a flat pack project. The hardware pack had a red string taped to the outside of the box with a label on it so nobody could claim they didn’t get the screw pack. The hardware pack was labeled on the front with the pieces and sizes and on the back by step number. That’s genius! The lawyer inspired “don’t do” section of the instructions made me wonder what in earth folks have done with these chairs. I had wanted white, but I see the logic in having these off white. If you’re disappointed at the beginning that it’s not white, then you won’t be disappointed later when the cat gets sick on it or you can’t get it that pristine again. Lower your expectations early and be happy. Not a wrong idea in some regards. I’m pretty happy with how well this went together and it should be more comfortable at my music desk. ... show more
