Description
Will the seat cushion and lumbar pillow harden or flatten after long-term use? Seat uses spring + high-density foam; lumbar pillow uses high-resilience memory foam. Passed long-term durability tests. Does this chair fit users 188cm / 100kg+? Is the footrest too short? Fits up to 190cm / 125kg. Footrest extends when backrest reclines – most comfortable for users ≤185cm. Taller users can use it as light leg support, not full weight-bearing. The chair spins too freely. Can rotation be locked? Smooth 360° casters, no lock. You can replace with locking casters (universal fit). Thick metal base adds stability and reduces unintended rotation. Are the armrest screws secure? How often do they need retightening? Anti-loosen screws with metal inserts. Check every 6 months under normal use. No frequent retightening needed. Does the seat tilt when reclining? Does the backrest spring back automatically? Backrest adjusts 90°–135° while seat stays flat – prevents thigh lift. No auto‑return (safety feature prevents pinch). Push back upright gently with hand or back.
