The product arrived in 4 pieces plus 8 bolts and a wrench. I assembled it myself pretty easily except for attaching the seat bottom to the backrest which required some pressure and jiggling but it finally came together. For a working desk chair, I am super happy with the quality and comfort. This chair is pretty perfect for me as I like to be able to move around a lot and sit in different positions.

For this purpose, I was not looking for the ultimate $$$ chair... I've got one. for this, this is perfect! I play guitar for at least an hour or two each day... I used to pile on memory foam cushions that even a princess would approve of ... but, this chair is perfect... no additional cushions required. I didn't need wheels... so, the price was perfect too. heck, I spent heaps more just on a bike seat, heaps more no shoe inserts... grateful they can make this big heavy duty chair so cost effectively ;-)

My chair arrived well packed with all of the parts included and no visible damage. I'm a small older woman and it took me about 10 minutes to unpack, unwrap, and organize the parts and another 10 minutes or so for the actual assembly. Attaching the seat to the back was a whole body experience since I didn't have someone helping to tilt it and hold it in place while I got the lower screws started so the top holes would align. The big sturdy hex wrench was a welcome addition. Once assembled, the back of my chair had one side a little higher than the other, and the stitching didn't line up perfectly on the seat and back. Loosening the screws to try and shift things a little didn't solve the issue. The seat is level and the back is just a cosmetic issue, so I'll live with it. The cushioning is firmer and less comfortable than I expected, but the leather upholstery looks and feels nice and isn't slippery. The chair is a good size for sitting with feet up, feet down, or cross-legged. The 360° rotation is smooth, and no issues with the lift function other than the exposed greasy tube - don't touch it. The back of the chair doesn't recline, but you can rock if you pull outward on the lift lever to unlock and use the knob to adjust the tension. BEWARE leaning too far back or rocking too vigorously will cause the chair to tip backwards. The wide seat, rocking, and swivel make a good combination for fidgety people like me. I chose the no wheels model because I thought it might be more stable, but I didn't factor in how awkward it would be to lift and move such a large chair, or how painful it would be when one of the sharp corners on the hard plastic feet scraped the top of my bare foot while I was trying to manhandle the chair. I regret not choosing a model with wheels, but I added some small furniture sliders to the feet and they do make it easier to slide the chair over carpet without having to pick it up. As an FYI, the chair was listed as Dumos brand shipped and sold by Amazon but it actually shipped from Henglin Home Furnishings CA in a box marked www.sweetcrispy.com office chair C-7261-LEA-GY. According to the 11/23 date tag on the chair, it was sitting in the warehouse for almost 2 years, but it doesn't seem to have suffered from any questionable storage conditions. The only material listed is 100% polyurethane foam pad.

I think I got this when it was on sale because I had to do a double-take at the price -- this might be the most worth-it item I've ever purchased! I've never had a proper home office chair, and this one ticks all the boxes. If you're on the fence, get it!

Beautiful color!! Specifically got this chair for the crisscross design because I literally can’t sit otherwise lol. It’s extremely comfy and I put it together in about 10 minutes!! I bought it for a nail desk/gaming chair and it works perfectly for both!;) I am extremely light and weigh about 90 lbs so the fact that I can lower this chair just by sitting on it means a lot to me as well! Only thing I will say is I couldn’t figure out how to get the back piece to come back or forth but it may just be because I tightened the hell out of it when i put it together😝😂 but overall amazing chair and may end up buying another!
