This duvet cover is very soft and feels durable. Not only are they soft, but since the outer layer is made of a soft fabric, it is comfortable turning in our sheets. My husband moves a lot! I love bamboo because it is breathable and doesn’t crunch when you roll over in bed. The entire reason for this is to protect our comforter from any damage and it’s been absolutely perfect for that. I may get these for everyone’s beds, so I will be looking for replacements for the others as well very soon. This is a great set! I really believe that if you buy this, you will not be disappointed. Took a chance and ordered it, regardless of all the negative reviews, and was pleasantly surprised. It's warm enough for the winter and light enough for the rest of the year and I like how light and flowing it is and not bulky at all. Some reviews said that after washing and drying it that the batting/filler got clumpy, just read the washing directions. I washed mine in my front load washer set on delicates using cold water and let it air dry without any problems. Make sure you measure before ordering, which I did, as there is just enough width to cover each side of the mattress (see pics), which is what I needed and the product dimensions that are given are accurate. They're really nice and are such a great value with the included sheet set. The frame and headboard look light blue in the pics but are actually mint green and this comforter goes really well with the bed. ... show more

We recently bought a newer mattress so I decided to purchase a new comforter set also. So far we love it! Although, I do recommend washing this set on a cold gentle cycle before use. My husband washed it on a warm / hot cycle, & it left a red tint on the inside of our dryer as well as some light clothing that was thrown in with the comforter. It keeps us very warm.. maybe a little bit too warm. My husband being on the husky side, as well with the comforter combined, sometimes we both will sweat during the night.
