I ordered this office chair as a replacement because I wanted a chair without wheels because of new wood floors and not wanting a chair mat because of hardwood floor meeting area rug. Office chairs without wheels by most retailers seem to be the same style with wide seat and back for “crossing legs while sitting”. I can’t imagine anyone sitting at a desk crossing their legs especially seniors which I am. As others have commented it is low and would be more comfortable if it could be raised a couple more inches. Also the back of the chair slants slightly backward. It’s ok for my use as I don’t sit for long periods of time at my desk. If you wo k from how,emor are at your desk for long periods of time I would suggest a more ergonomic desk chair. ... show more
