Within about 6 months of installing this light/fan the fan has decided to turn itself on high speed randomly. It is getting to be almost daily. Not the light but the fan and turns on high!! 😵💫

This crystal light is just beautiful, having said that , I honestly have to say the light it emits is extremely bright. Just too much for a bedroom. I emailed customer service on a Sunday and they got back to me within a few hours. I agreed to purchase a $40 dimmer/ remote and they sent it out with the promise it would arrive within 18 days and it did! My husband installed it and still no dimming action. Again I emailed on a weekend and was surprised to hear back within a few hrs with instructions that unfortunately were not included in the new unit. Directions followed and light now works perfectly. This light is not easy to install-my Hubby is a skilled handy man and had trouble. Look on UTube for videos, ask customer service- they are responsive and helpful. It’s ok fan and the led light is bright but looks so cheap specially the white light (not eye comforting) and I think it got lifespan time and then the led will stop working, noise is ok like any fan , color is good never knew if going to change by time , size is good, it got sharp cutting edge for the metal parts. ... show more
