I originally left a glowing review based on the Customer Service however, this machine has done nothing but give me problems. I have had to contact CS weekly and sometimes multiple times a week to fix issues. Jack has been helpful and they have resolved the issues each time BUT a brand new machine should not have this many problems. Upon requesting to return or exchange for a competent printer, I was told “Ink has ran through it so you can’t return it”. I am running a business and this has cost me so much time and money. I wouldn’t recommend this printer (I would recommend Jack from customer service though if you have one already) EDIT: The printer literally exploded ink everywhere and ruined the motherboard. I had to pay $600 for parts and it is "holiday" in China so no one to help install. This machine is supposed to have a warranty but they are not honoring it.
