I already have a treadmill and a stationary bike. However, my treadmill is in the basement, and I don't like to go down to the basement. The stationary bike is not my favorite and is not comfortable. Thus, I got this elliptical exercise machine. It is within my budget and takes only a little space. Now, I can exercise in my sunlit TV room and watch TV while I exercise. I can see a lot of use in the cold winter days.

The media could not be loaded. We installed this elliptical machine about a week ago. We used it for week it’s steady well made and easy to move around due to wheels in front. The dashboard screen is not that fancy but it has all essential information with heart rate monitoring sensors on the handles.installation was easy too, it came with all tools.

I recently purchased this elliptical machine for my home and I have to say it has been the best machine I could have bought to improve my cardio. The adjustable resistance settings is such a great feature because you can gauge how much you want to push yourself and how many calories you want to burn depending on the intensity. This elliptical was relatively easy and straightforward to build and it fits comfortably in any corner of the house. The heart rate monitor makes sure I am staying within a target range and not over exerting myself. This machine is great on your joints as well which was the greatest selling point because running on treadmills and outside on pavement can be very damaging to your joints long term but not with this machine. This elliptical has exceeded my expectations making it well worth the investment. I highly recommend giving this one a try.

This machine was really easy to put together, it's sturdy and doesn't take up too much space. The machine works perfectly! I had used it for a couple week, really like it. The resistance level is very good for the leg exercise. It is very quiet when you use it while it is sturdy too, and the design is very beautiful and stylish. And it is very convenient to move it around in the home. The price is ver reasonable, I do recommend it.
