Central heat/ac went out few years ago, so I've gotten very familiar with different heating sources and window/portable a/c units. This is one of the best heaters I've used, aside from ventless propane-which I'm hesitant to use when I'm not home. My house is a basic brick, rectangle, about 1200 sq ft, old and drafty in need of a complete remodel(that's coming hopefully soon). I'm in middle TN, winters are generally mild compared to up north, but we do get some cold snaps. And, 30-35°F nights are still cold regardless of where you are. This heater is sturdy, heavier then most I"ve seen. You're able to carry it, but it's got some weight to it. I feel that helps it from tipping over as easily (cat households know what I'm talking about). The heat is almost instant when it comes out. Has 3 fan speeds and 3 heat settings. I've found other brands, when you put it on high, the heat is just trickling out; making them more like a big personal heater instead and not blowing it around the room like they advertise. Not the case with this one. When you put it on high, it is putting some heat out and about and actually blowing it. I keep mine set on medium for heat/fan which is H2 and F2, 62°F. You can feel the heat coming out about 2-3 feet away. And when I walk in the house from outside, I can feel the heat is working in the whole living room. I can also feel the heat into the kitchen area as well. It's maintaining a comfortable temperature. A neat part with this heater also, it swivels side to side and/or up and down with options on different degrees. I have it moving up and down at think it's 30° just for more coverage. The side to side is different, it's actual on a swivel at the base underneath, so the whole device moves. Haven't used that one yet, waiting for the cats to get used to it sitting on the table and making sure they don't mess with it. And so far, they haven't messed with it or tried to curl up in front of it. It's very quiet. I have to physically look at it to make sure it's on. It has the basic safety features, tip over, overheat, child lock. I used the child lock, the controls are touch sensitive at the front/base. I like that because I've had devices with controls at the top and the cats jump on it and shut it off or make it go wonky. Haven't had an issue with that on this one, but one downside if you're over 40 and need reading glasses, I have to pick it up and look at the buttons till I"m more familiar with them. Not that big of a deal. Cord or outlet doesn't get hot on settings I have, just slightly warm. Initially I tried to buy this directly on Dreo's home page. Amazon was low on stock one day, wouldn't ship it in time for our first major cold snap. Found a nice coupon code, ordered it, then got message wouldn't ship it to my PO Box. Went back to amazon, and amazingly they had it ready to ship next day....Anyway, emailed customer service, they were very responsive, within 8 hours. Refund came few days later. They were good. Great heater, wish it wasn't so expensive. Think I'm going to pick up a 2nd one for my RV. Been using this regularly about 2 weeks now, no issues and very happy with it. Hope it continues! If any issues come up, I will not hesitate to come back and update.

This fan/heater is fantastic! It oscillates and moves up and down, which really helps circulate the air and warm the entire room evenly instead of just blowing heat in one direction. It’s impressively quiet — even on the highest setting — which is a huge plus. Living in the cold Northeast, this has truly been a lifesaver during winter. I also love that it has a fan-only mode for summer, so it’s something I can use year-round. There are three heat levels to choose from, making it easy to get the temperature just right. The design is sleek and modern, easy on the eyes, and it feels very solid and well made. I appreciate that it’s stable and can sit safely on the floor or a table without worrying about it tipping over. The remote control is a great bonus and makes adjusting settings super convenient. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, efficient, and well-designed fan/heater!

This heater heats up my entire large bedroom, despite fans bringing in scrubbed air from the outside, and no central heat. It was 16°F outside, and felt like 6°F to 7°F. That was the “feels like” temperature being pumped into my room. (I’m severely immunodeficient, and must keep air clear and fresh). This heater functions so efficiently, especially for its small size, despite having to counter all of that, it makes my room uncomfortably toasty on H2 or H3 settings. When the Arctic front passed through recently, once it had cleared my zone, and mostly dissipated, though overnight temperatures were still around 20°F, once the room was toasty, I could turn it down to H1 even, with a heated mattress pad on low in place, and still be too warm at times. This is good heater. I can highly recommend it. Safety features work well, as far as I can tell. I have it next to the bed, popped onto a night table, very close to the bed. The doglets sometimes carelessly bump into it, and if they cause it to tilt, or knock it over, even if it’s turned off but still plugged in, it sends out several warning beeps that wake me up, and I’m a sound sleeper, before it cannot just be switched back on. It’s fallen over on a few occasions because they feel warm enough to not burrow under layers of blankets. They can lie about, bellies and paws up, or even frolic day and night. The heater has fallen face down onto Sherpa, microfleece, and flannel sheets and blankets. It shuts right off, no hesitation, while also alerting me. You can’t just start it back up, in a groggy, fuzzy state of mind, and inadvertently burn the house down. You must unplug it, wait a few moments, then plug it back in to reset it. I don’t even know that you could burn your house down with this mighty, portable hell’s fire. I intend to buy another from this brand. At least one other, probably two. I want a back up, and to heat the rest of the house, safely, for my cat roommate, who is quickly overwhelmed by doglet adoration, and must retreat.

Oh boy, we love this little heater. He have it in our small camper, about 20 feet long. It does a great job of heating the camper and the eco mode, where you specify the set temp, works great. One of the best things about this heater is how you can specify how it should move and, it is quiet. We are very happy with this little guy.

It's good and heats well and the dual oscillating feature is nice. HOWEVER, when using econo mode and it goes to shut off, it ends up blowing 15 to 20 seconds of not warm air. I have it in a small room and have pointing at me. I like the forced, warm air. Having it blow cool air is not okay. Other heaters like this just shut off. I don't get why it does this. Trying it for a few days but will probably return it since I'm I bought it specifically for the econo mode. To be fair, if is not pointing at you, I don't think would matter, but I still don't get the reason for the cool air.
