I've never purchased this companies products before. But I have to say from the packaging to the end of the installation and using this heater, its been a easy and nice experience. Very well packed, no damages or scratches at all. Everything you need for the installation was included plus they were thoughtful and gave you an extra set of hardware just in case ! Their instructions were spot on, easy to understand and very thorough. They included a very easy to use template with a small level which was amazing and made this job a piece of cake. I really appreciated this. Their hardware was not cheap. The screw heads did Not round off and remained intact as I installed them. The drywall anchors did not bend and get messed up as I hammered them into the drywall. The unit is lightweight, which I appreciate and appears to be well made. Installation was a breeze and even if you accidentally bumped it, it will Not fall off the wall. Operation is easy and you have options to control it from your cell phone or the remote they provide. The app is very easy to understand and you have options to oscillate or keep the blades still at certain angles. You can set up the heater to run on your own personal schedules, set the timer to shut off, a energy eco feature and much more. The appearance is sleek and modern and looks professional. I'm using it in my mudroom, as that room gets colder since its attached to the garage. The heater has Not disappointed, it makes the mudroom very comfortable effortlessly. Dude, got this for my mom and had to do a bit of modding (I live in an old wood panel house) check out my fix below.....anyways, this heater heats the loft of a faux chalet PERFECTLY! Barely makes a sound and for the amount of area it covers...a must have for people who are leaning away from baseboards, gas, hvac or you just can't get the the fireplace to start. Works well and the 24hr timer feature is nice . Wifi, has an PhoneApp and can be controlled via Alexa or Google I traced the holes from the mounting template for on a 1/4in board (plywood) and cut the wood in to a square shape with about an inch left of margin area on the outside of the holes from the top and bottom sides and about a half inch on the left and right sides (slightly smaller than the actual leveling template) drilled my pilot holes and used shorter screws than the ones that were included. I centered and leveled the newly formed mounting plaque and used two of the included screws to go in to a single beam! The is a easy fix and puts less holes in the wall. Would really only recommend this method for homes with wood paneling and the studs/beams are too far apart/ close together. ... show more

I am using this heater in my kitchen for supplemental heat. The kitchen is 250 square feet and can get quite cold. The heater cuts the edge off the cold. Would work better if the area was enclosed. Heater for my two car garage, works okay. Heater is not enough to heat a garage with 12 foot ceilings. Works okay if you have to be working in the garage. Temperatures have be in the teens for days. Needs higher powered blower.

I live in an older house that utilized baseboard heat. I haven’t used the heat in a couple of years so I’ve tried using electric heaters. I have been through several brands and types but none of them heated my living room when temps dropped into the teens. Until I bought this heater. I use it as a primary heater and my living room stays comfortable no matter the outside temp. They send you a cut out with built-in level so mounting is easy, I had mine mounted in about 5 minutes. My power bill has been lower than it’s been in years so it’s energy efficient and I love the app. You can control the temperature, turn off the unit, set a schedule for on and off, or adjust the temp no matter where you are. The app gives you total control. This is the best heater I’ve owned in twenty years I’ve bought a second dreo heater for my house and my sons. They’re great! ... show more
