I like the heat protection plug that automatically trips the current off to the heater, if plug reaches a certain temperature. I feel safe with it. It’s good fire protection. I also like the safety switch that cuts off the electricity in case the heater gets tipped over. Another big plus is there Customer Service. I thought I had a problem with the thermal plug switch on the heater that was tripping the power and showing FF on the display. After trial and error test, I switched to another receptacle and presto, problem solved. I had a bad receptacle. Customer Service was with me the whole way. I would have never known that I had a bad receptacle if it had not been for the DREO thermal plug tripping and shutting off the heater. This might have saved me from a receptacle fire, because I ran a hair dryer , etc. on that bad receptacle and they never showed a problem in the receptacle, thank goodness for the DREO thermal plug! Get a DREO heater, I think you will like it.

I like this Brand already have (3) oscillator fans with remote and definitely know this heater will be AWESOME. Pull out box 📦 and 🔌 in (some require installing base), on/off remote, cord w/surge built in is a PLUS . Nice size, build, quality; our sun room gets cold during the fall/winter 🤦🏾♀️, dogs in/out 🚪 gets cold 🥶 heat range: H1~H3 means 900w~1500w. Also; auto shut off is a PLUS. The power, heat circulation is very good.👍🏾

This is a quality item but I don’t think the blower speed is high enough. Ironically, I have yet to find anything remotely like this with the same power and features. It’s plenty big, just like a tower fan with a vertical blade. I always use this on eco mode since it is the highest speed it will go and the heat on maximum. It sits low enough to keep my feet warm but not low enough to scorch my area rug when I want the heater closer. You do have to have the heater pretty close to you to really feel the blower. This is probably the best that exists for the price you pay with the most features. Just remember, the highest blower speed is eco on heat mode and and the highest heat is when it says Hi on the display. It didn’t take long to figure out how to turn off the annoying beep every time you change something on the heater. If this had a higher blower speed I would probably buy it again but I am satisfied with my purchase overall and it does do what it says.

BUY IT ! This is simply a fantastic ! I used it to heat my 30 year old 8×20 camper and even with temperatures in the teens it worked magnificent!. It doesnt stay running the entire time either so it's easier on the electric bills !! I urge anyone in the market to purchase this and stay nice and warm all winter long using this. Its just an awesome heater for its size. The way it swivels is the key to this being such a great product. Get you one...you won't be dissapointed!

I bought this 2 years ago, still works I guess. I only use it on very cold days during the winter like when it's 10 to -20 outside. It still heats but since day 1 it never really blew any air. It barely moves any air so I guess that's why they advertise that it's so quiet. You can barely feel it from 3 feet away. Friends/family and I like the looks. Often think it's off, they and I only know it's on when you look at the screen. I regret buying it and friends/family wouldn't buy it after trying it. I would choose a different model or even brand. This comes with a remote but it controls Dreo's other products so when I use the remote to turn the heater on it also turns the Dreo pedestal fan on too, turning up the heat causes the pedestal fan to change fan settings. As it is I would give it 3 stars because of the looks but I can't bring myself to bump it up from 1 star because of the weak fan, the hassle of the remote controlling other things and having to physically move it closer to warm up or further away from myself because of the weak fan.

It works better than expected and is able to keep up with heating a 500 sq. ft. area on eco mode. Using it as a supplemental heater in order to offset expensive gas bills has proven to be an effective strategy with this unit. The safety plug adds an extra layer of confidence in leaving it running when away from home. It has an accurate thermostat on it and circulates air well. I have no complaints about it.

Really love this heater, set to 68 degrees and it kicks on only as needed. I use it for supplemental heat to large room (approx. 12W X 25L with 10 ft ceiling. The room was an add-on to the house, and only one heat duct was provided, which was inadequate. But this heater keeps it very comfortable in the colder north PA weather. It also is very quiet. Highly recommend!
