My favorite fan! This Dreo fan came ready to use without any installation necessary, other than plugging in the power cord to the fan to the outlet. It's quiet, yet, powerful. Even when it's on it's highest setting, it's still quiet. The distance is phenomenal and I can feel the cool air coming from across the room. The air from this fan is a nice breezy cool (and I honestly mean the air comes out cool, not a fan that just, well, fans). The oscillation is amazing (forward, down, up, and side to side) and I appreciate the multiple modes. And the remote is a plus! The fan is light and can easily be picked up to move from one room another. Ive also never had an issues with it falling or tipping over. One thing, personally with mine that I'll have to mention is the power cord doesn't adhere tightly and if accidentally tugged on will fall out. Overall, it's very simple, sleek, and user friendly. I bought this fan to circulate air in our 1898 home's living room. We were looking for something that would not look cheap or out of place as the home as a specific style. It has an attractive and subtle style that works well, it is very quiet, and moves a lot of air. We love how it can turn side to side, up and down, both, or be stationary. You can also adjust how far up and down or side to side it goes and you can adjust the height of the fan head on the adjustable stand. Really a ton of options to get air moving right where you want it. The power supply/wall adapter developed a weird fairly quiet alarm type sound shortly after we bought it. I contacted Dreo and they were very quick to respond. Their emails were polite and very helpful. After just sending in a few photos of of the serial number and a video of the problem, they sent out a replacement right away without question, shipped it reasonably quickly, and followed up to make sure I was happy with the outcome. We paid a bit more for this fan that one might normally spend on a fan, but it was well worth it for the style, features, and the customer service. Honestly it’s probably one of my most satisfying purchases I have ever made not even exaggerating it is honestly perfect. It is high quality. It’s easy to clean just need a simple screwdriver. I love the app function. The remote has a good distance. I love the settings of 60º and 90º they work great for night time and drying clothes. You won’t regret the purchase. Love, love, love. We bought some of these after using someone else's Dreo fan. It's quite and powerful. I also like the looks. Often we end up turning it down bc it gets too cold in the rooms. My only complaint is the remote. It does not work from a distance. We often lean forward or have to walk towards it before it picks up the signal. One model we have has a holder on the fan to store the remote, our other model does not. We bought two different models to fit the rooms we bought to use them in. We have not hooked this one up using the smart feature. We simply use it old school. This brand IS NOT for the person who needs fan noise to sleep or relax. It's far to quite for that. The highest setting is the only one that really makes what I'd consider "noise" and when it's up that high, we always have to turn it down because it's overpowering. I'm really hoping these last a very long time. I recommend them to everybody. I'd compare the material to your average fan. Airflow is above average, it's powerful. The rotation is great, especially on this model here. I would recommend not picking this fan up to move around by the round top, use the stand part instead. Too many settings to risk making the connections loose over time and ruining it. I never dreamed I'd be paying these prices for a fan. It made sense after getting to use one though. Now, I don't think I can go back, lol. We primarily used Lasko before. No hate here. This was just a splurge that worked out. ... show more

I bought this for my sister. I love dreo fans I own 3 already and knew she needed one. She of course loves it too. I love how strong they are and that you can control them from your phone. My first one is 4 years old and still going strong. I recommend them to everyone.
