Getting a steam or sauna isn't as easy as it used to be, and so having a home option, especially one which isn't very expensive, is a big help. This portable steam sauna from 'Dreamvan" is pretty much what you'd expect from a budget 'made in China' option. The components are pretty straight forward, a pop up tent, a very small 'chair' and an external boiler which creates steam which is piped by tubes into the tent. It actually comes together pretty well, but nothing here is built to last. The chair is very small and isn't really designed to hold a full grown male adult. I was concerned about it buckling when I sat on it (and I'm 6 feet just over 200 lbs). The fabric of the steam tent smells pretty chemically when using it. This isn't a deal killer, but it's not ideal. Everything does come together and work well. The tubing in the tent gets very very hot, and positioning where the steam comes up is a little tricky. I found that sitting at 20 mins got uncomfortably hot, even at level 6, due to the position of the steam. This isn't a horrible option to be able to steam at home, but I'd advise very low expectations with serviceable components.

This personal sauna is small but mighty. I popped it together plugged it up and let it do its thing. I saw steam in seconds then I jumped inside and felt the hot air hit my body. I was sweating almost immediately. I love going to saunas periodically so when I saw this I fell in love because now I can have one in my home for a fraction of the cost to go to one. The setup took minutes but the results are everlasting. I'm using this in conjunction with a workout regime to help sweat off those few extra pounds.

Easy to setup and use. Clean up after use isn't too bad. I watch TV while using. Seems to be good quality. Great for weight loss and detox. Great alternative rather going out to one or buying a large one. Easy to take with you. Would recommend.
