I purchased this couch just a few months ago, but I've waited to write a review. I wanted to see how the couch holds up the everyday use and see what the quality of the couch is like. GOOD: The couch is easy to assemble and despite the box arriving damaged, the couch was packaged well enough to avoid damage. It was easy to put together. The fabric is a nice quality and is easy to keep clean. The overall style of the couch is quite beautiful and it fits into my space perfectly. This will be easy to take apart and transport/store. It is lightweight. I was able to put this together by myself in about 20 minutes. BAD: After just a few months, the cushions are starting to show indentation and wear. I am 170 lb male and I am not rough with the couch at all. The cushions are not very comfortable. You can feel the springs, you can feel the center bar that stabilizes the frame, etc. With heavy use, kids, pets, etc. these certainly wouldn't hold up. One of the buttons has already come off of it. The stitching around the arms of the couch are not done very well and show stress, which is odd because they're hardly used. When you shift your weight of the couch, it can creek, you can feel the spring move, or you can hear the foam underneath of the fabric make a noise. Overall, it looks great, but feels quite cheap once it's put together. For the price, I had hoped that this would hold up for at least a year but it's showing wear and tear after just a few months of being used a few hours each day. It isn't very roomy/designed for laying on. So if you like to veg out, this wouldn't be the couch for you. I'm 5'10" and I can't lay down all the way despite going with the larger sized couch. If this couch were perhaps 10" longer, it would be much more comfortable. The pillows included are decorative and were zipped into bottom section of the couch. They aren't comfortable, so I swapped them out for regular throw pillows. They brighten the couch up and make it feel a lot more luxe than it would be on its own. The bar in the middle is uncomfortable but necessary. It does stabilize the couch but it's uncomfortable to lay on or across, despite the cushions covering it. If you have three people sit on this, the person in the middle would be terribly uncomfortable. If you're looking for a couch that will hold up to daily/heavy use, keep looking. It's best for a formal living room or a space that isn't used for a long time or used heavily. It's easy to put together but the overall quality of the frame and the materials is a little on the cheap side. I'd expect a bit more given the price point. Overall it isn't bad, provides a great look and feel to my space, and will work while I save for a better couch. ... show more

I purchased this loveseat to replace an older oversized sofa. I love it! It fits perfectly with my Moroccan-themed living room, and the size is appropriate for the space. It was easy to assemble. I did need help attaching the sides or armrests to the loveseat back. For the remaining assembly, I finished myself. The instructions could have been more detailed, but you can still figure things out. Also, I ordered the Peacock Blue colored loveseat. Very happy with it! It arrived by UPS in one huge box, which thankfully wasn't damaged. The sofa comes disassembled and the parts were very neatly packed (see photo). The two bolster pillows aren't hidden anymore (per other reviews), it seems the manufacturer has listened and they got rid of the zipper pockets that were hiding the pillows, you can't miss them now. Unfortunately instructions for the smaller loveseat came with my full-sized sofa, but I was able to figure it out without much trouble, it's extremely basic assembly and I was able to do it without the help of a second person, took me 20 minutes including taking some photos along the way. Hint -- if you're trying to fit the pieces together by yourself, do it with the sofa on its back instead of right-side up. This is _not_ a living room sofa, I got this for my home office. It sits a little lower and overall it's smaller than a full-size plush couch, but could serve well in an apartment if space is limited. Also the back is low, and rather stiff -- if you're someone that likes to _fall_ into a couch instead of sitting down like a regular human person, you would probably hurt yourself with this one. The fabric is really nice! lush velvety feel and nice rich color, though I expect it to fade over the next year or so. I thought I'd be getting two really dinky little bolster pillows but was pleasantly surprised, they're larger than I expected. The two broad seat cushions are firm but good quality, with springs inside. I put the cushions on the floor and walked all over them for a few minutes to help "break them in" a little, I think it helped soften them a smidge. Buying furniture sight-unseen was a risk that could have easily gone wrong in a few ways but I think I lucked out this time, very happy with my new sofa! ... show more

The backrest was missing the brackets on one side. I was able to reach out to customer service and they were very prompt in responding and offering to send a replacement backrest.
