Style: Tank Base with Suction Cups
This thing works great. Is it better than a hanging bag? No. Is it a heck of a lot easier to install? Yes. - Things that surprised me were the build quality, and the report sensation. The leather is on par with about anything else I have seen, though I'm not sure about the stitching at the top. (It's one of those COULD be a problems, but absolutely isn't right now). I love the sensation that you get when you hit a heavy bag with your fist and it resists that force to push back against you. I didn't think this was going to have that, but it does. - The springs are primarily there for stability purposes, and they do their job. I only put 100 lbs of sand into the base, and it took a heck of a front kick for me to knock that thing over. I want to say the base is built for 200 lbs of sand, but I think 150 lbs will be sufficient. I usually can knock over those base standing punching bags (w/o the springs) pretty easily, which is why I was hesitant to get one of these things, but initial testing has been really good. -The suction cups on the base I think are more of a gimmick, there to reassure people who are concerned about the level of stability. I don't think they do a whole lot of anything. The spring neck does a heck of a lot more to dissipate the force going down to the base. Largely irrelevant though because it does appear to be a stable platform. All in all I am quite happy with it. Is it perfect? No. But perfect has a price, and this is well below it.

For the price the punching bag is great! Easy to set up. The only pain is filling it with sand. I used almost 3 50lb bags. Very sturdy and can take a punch. Love the springs they absorb punches very well. I do recommend switching areas that you strike it. I did wear out a side of the bag to the point it was deformed. I reached out to the company and they sent me a replacement bag. Again just make sure to switch up the area where you hit the bag. I plan on rotating every week or so. Would definitely recommend! Great company!

This is not too bad for starter, relatively stable, good for the price and installation wasn't too difficult, did came in 2 boxes and filling the sand was a bit hard.

I was really surprised by the quality of this. The suction cups don't budge as long as your floor is smooth but it is a pain in the ass to move to a different spot. The bag itself is pretty solid and seems to hold up great to the punishment. The springs aren't too springy, if you fill the base it is decently quiet during a beat down session

My son bought this in October 2022, and we bought a new one January 2024. He used it DAILY. He improved on a daily basis from practice. His hits are harder on now than a year ago. He has been watching You Tube videos for self improvement. This punching bag held up placed in the garage, it has held up with weather elements. I highly recommend this. For the price, it lasted for over a year, on a daily basis. For reference he weighs 190 pounds, and is 6 feet tall.

The media could not be loaded. Flimsier than what I thought. I should have purchased a heavy bag and stand. It was easy to put together but even with about 150lbs in sand it feels flimsy and unsteady. I am 6’0 tall 245lbs and when I hit it, the base tends to lift up and lean. The center is also smaller, thinner and has less padding that what I was expecting. I am using mine on the carpet so I can’t rate the suction capability. The bag is ok but I should have spent a little more.

Just received and I screwed the bag post into the base then filled it up with water. It’s a great bag and feels firm and durable. I didn’t add the suction cups because I need to be able to access the bag from it’s corner with ease. When I’m good and ready I will have someone extra strong empty the water so I can add sand. I know the sand will keep the base more sturdy with some hard impact punches. I am still very pleased with my order. Thank you.
