Decent. It was easy to put together (even with a 5 year old wanting to please PLEASE help me). For reference, I'm a 5'5" tall woman on the chunky side who uses this for both work and gaming. As for comfort, it's not bad. It would be better if the seat cushion were thicker though, after a few hours, the backs of my thighs get sore. It looks much more padded in the picture. The backrest is comfortable and the neck and lumbar pillows are great (never used the massage function so can't review). The adjustment levers for the backrest and height are awkward for me to reach when sitting because of the height of the armrests, but this wouldn't be an issue for someone taller with longer arms. That being said, the leg rest is terrible. It's way too short. As I mentioned, I'm 5'5" tall and my feet hang off it. It hits right at mid calf. There's no way anyone taller than me could use that foot rest comfortably. The rods should telescope to accommodate longer legs. I also think the way it attaches to the chair is flimsy. All the weight of your legs is supported by a small section at the front of the underside of the seat. The rods are metal, but the brackets are plastic. Heavy plastic, but plastic. I also wish it actually lifted your legs up to seat height like a recliner, but being mounted under the seat, it can't truly elevate your feet, which doesn't help keep my knee from swelling when I'm working at my computer for hours, like I hoped it would. Bottom line, I got it on sale, and it was worth the price I paid. You could save yourself some money by getting the version without the leg rest, since it's useless. Knowing what I know about it now, I'm still relatively happy with it, but would have been mad if I'd paid full price for it. Otherwise, it's a good looking chair and it's more comfortable than my old desk chair. ... show more

very comfy and sturdy, the massager is actually worth it. just plugs into usb port and the cable could be a little longer but i use my portable charger. the footrest is a litttttle sketchy but overall id recommend this company.

Comfortable chair, did no take too long to assemble. Update: After using the chair for a couple of months (2-3), I noticed some metal bars coming out of the from of the chair, they have caused a bit of damage to the leather coating and also scratched the rear part of my thigh. I am able to push the metal bar back, but it keeps coming forward every now and then…. ... show more
