This chair is very comfortable. The assembly was very simple as well and came with all the tools needed. The look of the chair is very nice and I get many complements about it. What I personally like the most is the lumbar support with the massaging/vibrating feature to it (it also comes with a cooling-gel cover)! The headrest is great and adjustable. It comes with a cool secret back pocket. wheels never get stuck when rolling. The recline and adjustable riser are good and stays in place when you need it to. Although the the foot rest feels like it's not strong enough to hold up my legs, it's been very durable so far. One thing I disliked is the fact I ordered this chair because I have wide-hips and this has good width for myself and the down-side was the arm-rest bolts (the ones that you insert the arm-rest to and screw it in) was pushed up and it made it a little tighter (leaning in the seating direction) it came like that and I was very careful with assembling it but I did not want to go through the process of returning it. I’m extremely satisfied with this chair. It arrived early, it is so comfortable that as soon as I finished assembling it I made others try sitting in it. The recline is smooth and has a springy feel, not so strong I can’t push it but not so easy I feel like I’m going to fly backwards and I love that it locks in place. The cushions adjust and support my back and neck nicely, I’m 5’1 so that’s uncommon for me and I didn’t even know that it has a velcro cooling pad or the vibration in the lumbar support when I ordered it, but it’s nice to use when I’m sitting for long periods, however you do need to connect it to a USB outlet or power bank and the cooling pad had a smell like those ivy vines people put in their rooms, but you just need to let it air out for a few hours. The footrest is nice but I don’t use it often. Assembly took me maybe 2-3 hours alone with a few errors. It was fairly easy, came with all the tools and had clear instructions, the only part I struggled with was the little feet that the wheels were on. The color of the chair is exactly as pictured with good quality fabric and I love the shade of green. Kudos to the designers, I have never sat in a more comfortable desk/gaming chair. ☺️ ... show more
