It was very easy to assemble only took me half an hour to get it done. It features neck support, lumbar support and extended legs rest. Oct 2024. I should have paid more attention to other reviews. The arm rests are not at a comfortable height for me and the fabric irritates my forearms and elbows. The height adjustment is very limited. I primarily got it because of the pocket coil cushion. We'll see how long that lasts. Stronger frame and pedestal than chairs I've bought in the past, but still plastic. Swapped out the wheels for the rubber roller blade type. Much easier on my glass chair mat. Lumbar and neck support is good. None of my made in China chairs in the past have lasted six months without something breaking. I'll try to give an update then. ... show more

This chair was a great purchase. I am a smaller person, so this chair feels oversized and comfy. I wanted it in my art studio because my back was hurting from sitting on my stool. This completely solved my issues. It did take a long time to put together, but it could have been the builder (me). My cats enjoy it; although they are scared of the massage pillow. I like that there is a pull out for the cats to enjoy. We had to secure it with some zipties, but the cats can sit at your feet if they would like. ... show more

It was incredibly easy to assemble, though I have experience in assembling items such as this. I’d recommend watching the video if you don’t, or have an experienced friend do it. Not too hard if you take inventory of the parts, and prepare ahead of time. Also, despite the English directions having grammatical errors, it was easy to follow. I didn’t like how it was delivered, the carrier just dropped it off in front of another apartment, if it wasn’t for Amazon alerting me to the delivery, my neighbor would have a great gaming chair. Far as comfort goes I'd give it a six out of 10. Visually it looks really good. But as you use the chair you get to know the issues really quickly. The center of gravity is behind you so if you lean too far forward the chair will tip. The arm rests have about 2 in of play at any given moment and the height of the chair only goes up about 4 inches. ... show more
