The media could not be loaded. I will update later if durability issues. I just unboxed and assembled today. I wanted to leave a review to contradict some of the poor lumbar reviews. This heated massager lumbar pillow works VERY well. I have terrible back pain, and this feature was what I was most excited for. YOU NEED TO TURN THE LUMBAR PILLOW BACKWARDS to use the massager. By default, and in all the pictures, the nice looking cusioned lumbar pillow is just that, a lumbar pillow. If you are trying to use the massager with the pillow facing outward, it will not work well. You need to turn the lumbar pillow around to get the heated massager directly on your back. This seems like a design choice, and I get it - you would not want the hard plastic rollers pressing into your back at all times, so the pillow when facing forward is a normal pillow, turn it around and turn the messager on and it will work very well. Ive been sitting here with the messager on for 30 min now - wonderful. I can very clearly feel the heat and the plastic massage rollers twisting in circles on my lower back. UPDATE: After 2 months of heavy use (work from home and gaming), The massaging lumbar pillow did break, but was replaced no questions asked. Still 5 stars. Great customer service.

Good chair. Not super great quality but will definitely last a while if taken care of. Not very padded or cushy but fairly comfortable. I usually get pissed at assembly but did this one while watching tv no issue.

The chair is very comfortable. But the heated massage pillow is way too thick and dense to use, and it hurts my back. I just don’t use the pillow and the chair feels great.
