This portable fan is awesome! It's rechargeable, making it perfect for camping or using at home, and seems very sturdy. The plastic that it's made from isn't flimsy at all. You can hang it to use or use the base as a stand. The air speeds are awesome - I love a fan when I'm sleeping and it worked perfectly all night when we used it at our camp site. It's also adjustable so you can pinpoint exactly where you'd like the air flow to aim. The fan is well made and I believe that it's going to last for a long time.

This is an impartial review of "Portable Camping Fan for Tents - 12000mah Rechargeable Battery Operated Fan With LED Light, Portable Travel Fans for Home, Desk, Outdoor, Sleeping(Yellow)" and applies only to the specific product. - I like this product, however there are some very significant issues with it's design that require me to knock off a couple Stars from my rating. The first big issue came up when, after unboxing the product, it was completely dead and unable to be charged. No, I didn't get a bad device, it simply had a completely, utterly dead battery. When I attempted to charge the device with a 5v/1A charger it did not seem to be charging at all, but only emitted a steady, high-pitched super annoying squeal from the electronics at around 5.6khz. You can see this tone visualized on the screenshot I included from an audio scope histogram, that nearly solid line around the 5.6 kilohertz range. This is the sound of the electronics in the device trying and utterly failing to recharge the dead battery. I tried a 2 amp and a .5 amp USB charger and the only thing that that did was to slightly change the pitch of the squeal. 🤦 I left the device plugged in with the 1amp charger for about 5 hours to see if it was able to recover and begin normal charging, but unfortunately the squeal continued. The fact that the device does not have the appropriate electronics to properly isolate and revive a depleted battery is a significant design flaw of this product in my opinion. This raises the possibility that if you too get one of these products with a completely dead battery that you might not be able to use it at all out of the box. Being handy with electronics and having an appropriate charger on hand, I briefly disassembled the unit, isolated the battery and then recharged the battery to about 2% before reassembling the base. (I wouldn't recommend doing this to the average person, and it shouldn't have been necessary in the first place.) 🪫 After reconnecting the fan to the 1amp wall charger the device immediately started charging and the 25% charge indicator LED started blinking. Several hours later (8-9? I didn't keep track) the fan completed charging. - After recharging, the first thing I did was to turn the fan on, and I was pleasantly surprised with the volume of air that it was able to push even on the lowest setting. On the highest variable speed setting the fan puts out a decent focused breeze even from across the room. 🍃 The second negative issue is a vibration noise from the fans. I decided to leave the fan on overnight to test it, and unfortunately when I came back the next day, about 10 hours later, there was a distinct and noticeable vibration/warble sound coming from the fans. Over the next 5 to 6 hours of intermittent operation the sound continued to increase slightly. While this isn't loud enough to make the fan unbearable to use, I've gone through enough electric and electronic computer case fans to notice a quality issue when I hear it. The cool and warm LEDs aren't terribly bright compared to a house light bulb, but they do put out a decent amount of light to see by even on the lowest setting if you're out camping or in the dark. I very much like that you can use it as a stand light and shine at where you need it. The lower light level settings mean lower power drain on the battery which can dramatically extend the time of operation between battery charges. When you're without power for a few days, having that extended lighting time can be invaluable. The integrated battery and ability to charge USB devices is also very useful. All things considered, I think that this product is a decent value somewhere around the $30 range, but I would recommend shopping around for other options.

I have this fan next to my treadmill in the garage sitting on a floating shelf. It was the exact reason why I got it because the footprint is small. However, the size doesn't mean it won't push out a lot of air. It actually moves so much air that I have it on low all the time when walking or jogging on my treadmill otherwise my hair is being blown everywhere. I like the yellow color because it makes it easy to find. The noise level is low, sounds like rushing air only, and the battery life last about 3 days before I need to charge it. This after blowing for an hour towards me while I walk. I can adjust and reposition the fan quickly and it's really light so I can move it wherever I want. I love this fan.

The media could not be loaded. This little light is powerful, but quiet (see video with fan turned up). I'm not sure if you can tell that this little guy has 2 sets of blades whirling around - it makes it more powerful than it looks. I've tried to show the different lighting options using the two buttons on the bottom right. One is for Bright White option and one is for Warm White option....both can be dimmed or brightened three levels. On the bottom is a hook that you could use to hang the light/fan, but it's a nice weight and sturdy enough to sit anywhere without vibration. The housing is high quality, thick plastic - the same kind of heft you'd expect from similar power tools. This will be a great addition to my little workshop, but because it is cordless, I could see taking it to the beach or using when I have outdoor projects and need just a little cooling station. I'd recommend this to anyone that needs a light or a fan - it'd be great during power outage (I live in a hurricane prone zone, so it gives me some extra confidence should we lose power). A++
