I’m 66+ years old and this is my first e-bike. I chose this one after watching positive reviews on You Tube and a very reasonable price. I am impressed. What may not matter to some, I’m going to start with just the packaging. Every piece of this bike was packaged in foam to prevent scratches/dents. This had to be an extra cost for the company. Very well done. Assembly was simple and took me about 15 minutes to put together. This bike is very well made and looks great. The seat is comfortable and the brakes work great. This is my first e-bike so I’m still learning what is best for me with pedal assist and gears. I haven’t ridden it long enough yet to test the battery. I will tell you this bike is fast. It was great and easy to build the only hard part what was needed to adjust the back wheels since there was a SLIGHT scraping noise which was annoying to deal with. I will also say it is quite tall😅i’m 5’3 and I can only stand on one tiptoe at a time so it’s a little hard to take off and stop. I had my boyfriend also adjust the spring but unfortunately we learned that just makes my butt take the brute force of the road if I hit a bump.     • Quit after 100 miles.
after less than 100 miles, it just quit. no battery, no power, no charge, just a brick. It's been stored indoors, temperature controlled, rode it just recently in a light drizzle and now nothing. Just quit half way through a 20 mile ride and now I'm just pedal power. No battery recovery, no support. Purchased in October of 2024, no one rode in at all in 2025 as it was at our summer house and was stored inside. Got it out yesterday for the first time, on a full charge and it quit. Its been charging for 24 hours and still nothing. I guess you get what you paid for which in this case is a pile of scrap steel and aluminum. ... show more

    • Amazing bike even better customer service
I was looking around for a bike that would work well and wouldn’t break the bank as I was trying to save money and getting a bike for commuting and saving money from paying vehicle maintenance, I bought this bike hoping it would help and it did a lot more than that it had a very good level of comfort, battery life and honestly the speed did lack at first but after I found how to get the PAS setting adjusted it started flying and the performance of it was better then I hoped, one of the things I did struggle with was assembly as with some carriers it had a few bangs in the box and later found out the brake rotor was slightly bent which affected the noise level as well as the braking ability but after taking it to a bike shop to adjust it went smoothly and was easier to reassemble. Another problem I had was the brakes not being fully tuned but that was not such a big issue as I had that taken care of with a few screw adjustments so the noise level went down significantly after that. All and all for the bikes price it definitely was worth the money. I did have an issue with a fall I took which broke the left derailleur shifter but after talking to customer service rep kalea she helped me get a new replacement part shipped out fast and can’t wait to get it adjusted to go flying down the road again! ... show more

    • Premature Failure
We purchased this bike as a Christmas gift for my son, it started off great and he really enjoyed it. However after just 5 months and 300 miles on the bike the display failed and rendered the bike inoperable.
