Clock works great and is cool to watch as long as you get one that isn’t busted. First one I got the clock was broken so got a replacement. Replacement was also broken. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful. Instead of sending back the second one I elected for them to send me replacement parts for the clock movement. It was very easy to fix. I’m a handy person and sometimes don’t mind fixing things so I was able to get it to work. They offered to give me 50% back to cover the effort and issues which I think was fair. Again, it’s a cool clock I get many compliments and the customer service team was very helpful and responsive which is why I’m rating this higher than it could be. ... show more

Keeps time, can read clock easily, looks beautiful! Lots of compliments! I looked into a clock maker in Traverse City, Michigan, he makes this type of clock, his are made with all brass parts and a 30 inch clock from him would cost over $45,000 dollars!!! No typo here!! So this clock at its price point is pretty attractive, if you want this type of clock without the massive sticker price!! ... show more

It is very nice. One set of batteries for the gears, one single battery for the clock. It's relatively heavy. The hands can get lost in the gears when reading the time. I do not regret the purchase.

(My fault not the manufacturer of course) But the battery parts were tight Love the additional arms but almost destroyed them unpacking—I’m not comfortable removing the originals to replace—maybe offer the choice during the purchase process! I got the 30” clock because it fits the space above our fireplace. It looks absolutely AWESOME!!!!! It came with black hands installed and an extra pair of gold toned hands. I am going to swap hands for the gold toned ones to make them easier to see in its current location. It’s only been running a couple days so far, so it’s a little soon to know if it keeps good time for months. We’ll see. ... show more

15 and a half pounds ,nice quality but no instructions. Read on websits you have to use low draw carbon batteries as alkaline batteries can damage it. Wish the manufacturer would state that

Just fyi, the color of wood is more of a cherry than brown but other than that, it's beautiful! I couldn't be happier with my choice. We needed a change and out steampunk kitchen wouldn't be complete without this clock. It is heavy.
