The media could not be loaded. OK, I never thought I’d be writing a review about ice cubes trays, but here I am. I seriously had issues with my old ice cube trays. They were horrible. So when I saw these I thought they looked exactly what I was looking for. I even made a video and put it on Facebook about how easy it was to get the ice cubes out. After several friends saw my video many of them purchased these trays as well. So my advice, stop shopping around for trays and just purchase these you will not regret it. ... show more

Purchased these twice. First go around, I was probably a little rough on them (thinking to myself at second purchase). In order to get the cubes out, you obviously need to twist the tray a bit to free them. Problem is, the white plastic portion of tray is too thin to handle any kind of torque, no matter how gentle one is. I resorted to running the trays under hot water to free them first then twist to fully disengage the cubes. That works to a point, but my second set of trays are cracking and will eventually need to be replaced. I'll be looking elsewhere this time for something much more substantial. What did attract me to these trays is the silicone. That part works great, but gets you only so far once the white plastic cracks. Not sure if the plastic is cheap and could be more durable with greater thickness or chemical make-up, but they just don't last. Country of origin perhaps? Unsure. I do like the lids as it makes stacking a breeze and keeps the cubes clean. ... show more

Well never thought ice trays would be worth writing a review for ... but really where have these been all my life? Our fridge has maybe a year or so left so we didn’t want to spend $250 to fix the ice maker line. We had been using Target ice trays which wasted half the cubes. It was a Pain I the “A.” Then we found these - who knew???? Trays with covers so the water didn’t leak everywhere from the sink to the freezer? YES! With silicon bottoms so if one didn’t pop out you could just push it through? YES! These work great. And a great price. Another great use? Where we live we have an abundance of citrus on trees that goes bad before we can use it. So now I juice and freeze - so easy to pop out a cube of lemon or lime frozen fresh from our tree! I’m buying these for all my friends as stocking stuffers this year! ... show more

I wasn't expecting much based on the fact that it was a set of 4 for such a low price, but these are awesome ice cube trays. I am now able to freeze and store and extend the life of some interesting things like canned sweet potatoes (which are good for my dog's upset stomach), canned coconut milk (which I use in coffee), herbs in oil, homemade tomato sauce. The list goes on.... I like that the bottom is soft. So it's easy to just pop one cube out at a time then store the rest. ... show more

I needed ice cube trays that were easy to get the cubes out of. These are definitely that. The cubes come out VERY easily. But, in order to stack them, after you fill them with water you need to put a clear "lid" on them. Then you stand the next filled tray on that and put a lid on that, and so on. Without the lids, they fit snuggly together. I know this isn't a HUGE deal, but it's 4 extra pieces I need to keep track of and 4 extra steps during the tray-filling process. ... show more

I ordered these because my fridge ice maker is on the blink so I figured that these would be a good substitute until I get it repaired. I prefer ice cubes trays that stacked without the lids but these won’t stacked without them. The good things about these trays is that with the silicone lining the ice cubes fall easily from the tray with no stubborn cubes and with the lids on you won’t spill water from the sink to the freezer. I can't believe I'm writing a review on ice cube trays, but for some crazy reason I read the directions (who reads directions on ice cube trays?) and now I'm so happy with them that I had to tell the world how easily you can remove a single cube from these trays by just pushing the cube out from the bottom - who knew? These are smaller than regular ice cube trays but make the same amount and same size cubes. Four of these take up less space in the freezer and with the lids you can put items on top of them. The cubes are easy to remove with a gentle twist and if a few don't come out pushing on the bottom makes them pop right out. Very pleased with this choice, they are exactly as described by the company. Sure, you can get ice cube trays for a dollar at Dollar Tree or whatever your bargain store is but I think these are worth the extra $'s. ... show more
