Bought to thaw frozen pipes. Puts out a good amount of heat. The only change I would make would be to replace the pull-string with a knob or toggle switch or some such means of turning it on. I don't know my strength sometimes and pull-strings don't last long.

Works well for heating objects but not for heating the air in the room. It's an infrared heater. The pull string broke off after a couple of years of use. Still a good value if they last two years but don't expect a lot of durability.

The media could not be loaded. This heater is adjustable to 500w, 1000w, and 1,500watts. The pole is adjustable from 6 feet to 7 feet tall. This can be used inside or outside. It does have a good solid heavy base that I showed in the pic. However, extra caution is still warranted for inside use, especially! The most confusing thing about the assembly was the electric cord and the clips going down the pole. I discussed this in the video. However, the cord is really short and I would recommend only using a 25 foot extension with a 14 gauge so that your cord doesn’t get hot! Just choose a medium to heavy duty extension cord. This radiant quartz heater provides consistent heat and you can feel the heat from standing or sitting off to the sides of the heater too. The assembly instructions print was extremely small and not fully clear . The upper post contained the mounting post for the heater but not shown on instructions......also cord too short and clips to hold cord flimsy ....velcro best option
