Wow! This Magnetic Latch makes things so much easier while mountain biking. I have take this on a few rides where the terrain is choppy and this has help great! Sometimes I do get a little scared and when I look at my chesty, my GoPro is still nicely secure. One day I will be confident enough to let the product do its work. The fit is perfect on my GoPro 13 as it is already built to work with the Latch. I did try this one on my GoPro 10 but to make it compatible I needed to replace my mounting latch to an updated version, which it worked. ... show more

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Sometimes it’s more convenient to quick connect. My GoPro Hero 13 is used a lot as a dash cam. But, the mount is close to the mirror and the finger screw is too close to the mirror and awkward to tighten or loosen as I reach across the console, dashboard. I saw the magnetic mount and thought I would try it. The GoPro magnetic mount works great! And, the mount is very secure and stable. I no longer have to readjust the angle of the windshield mount. List line the camera up to the mount and press. The camera clicks into the mount and is ready to go. Release the camera by a gentle squeeze on the mount and pull. I am going to order more of the magnetic mounts to further simplify my life. ... show more

I have purchased a number of these and switching from one mount to another is as easy as it can get (and it securely locks the GoPro in place). A must have for the GoPro 13 and also works for the MAX2 (there is a magnetic 1/4-20 version for invisible pole shots).

Makes attaching your GoPro a lot easier. I change positions of my GoPro frequently making YouTube content, the magnetic mount makes the changes quick. The drawback is that you have to have one of these for each mounting point you want, so it can get expensive. Good quality, as you would expect, and great functionality.
