The DONOW Leverage Gym is absolutely the best deal on home gym equipment for the money available anywhere! One shipping box, easy assembly, very functional with smooth movements on the lever arm and cable.. Lots of exercises you can do with this machine in a small space. I’m glad I got the red because it looks great! I wish the cable exercises allowed more weight but we can do heavy rows with the lever arm in conjunction with an incline bench.. BTW this machine is made in China and was available for under $300 on the TEMU website just six months ago, so the current price of $399 probably already reflects new tariffs. You won’t regret getting one of these!

Looking to start a home gym I was hesitant about this product. Everyone seems to have a power cage or a classic bench press. Knowing I was going to workout alone I was worried about not having a spotter. I decided to give this leverage gym a try. I’m not disappointed. Lift curve seems right and pairing it with a good bench lets you do a lot of exercises. It came disassembled but the instructions were pretty simple and easy to follow. It took me about 45 minutes to have this thing up and running. The cable system is smooth and I have yet to max out the usefulness of the machine. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a good all in one. You won’t fine anything that will outperform this leverage gym at this price point.

Overall, this is a great home leverage gym. First the good: Construction was easy with the assembly instructions and all screws and bolts were well-marked and organized into a blister packet. Took me about 90 minutes. The machine itself is well-built with quality construction and parts, and the lever arms are smooth and offer a full range of motion. The upper and lower pulley systems are also smooth and allow for a number of exercises such as pulldowns, low rows, cable pull throughs, face pulls, and tricep pressdowns. The not so good: Lower body exercises. You can't start a squat from the top position and have to start from the bottom. Good luck if you load this with a substantial amount of weight, and getting in to the starting position is a real challenge. It's impossible to reach the pin to start from the top of a squat. Deadlifts don't feel natural as the lever arm pulls away from the body which can create lower back injuries and doesn't allow you to hinge fully. This could be a great gym if they modify this to start squats from the standing position, but until then, it's overall a good machine, but design improvements are needed for lower body work.

I’ve wanted to own a nice leverage gym for over 20 years and the price on this gym made it more than possible! I received both packages over the weekend. Spent my Sunday morning, putting it together. The tools that are provided were actually more than enough for me to put this thing together by myself and I can say this I absolutely love this gym. It feels like high-quality equipment at a very affordable price. I highly recommend anybody that’s looking to own a leverage gym in their home. They can’t afford the bigger price tag on some of the competition. To give this gym a chance I highly recommend it.
