This pergola is great. The quality and construction are very solid and it provides controlled light and shade with the adjustable louvers. It is shipped in 4 big boxes and they are so well packed that it arrived with no damage. I takes a few hours to assemble but the instructions are clear and all of the parts you need are supplied even the tools (although I used my tools for better leverage and speed) When assembled, it is very solid and does a good job of keeping the rain off of the deck. I haven't installed the side walls and insect screen since it is still wet and cool in Seattle but i expect they will work well since they are heavy duty. After reading reviews of other brands, I am glad I went with this one, it is very high quality and sent quickly with no damage in transit.

Just finished putting this patio cover together. It took two of us eight hours to construct the whole thing. The quality seems good, so I’m happy about that. The two downsides are that it came in gray, even though I ordered brown, and one of the corners was bent, so some of the holes did not lineup correctly. I would say that the spots where some of the screws go are incredibly difficult to get to, but once everything is complete, it does look really good.

I like this Pergola a lot! Dimensions were spot on and the product was easy to install. The delivery company was a bit of a mess but their customer service was great and easily situated. I think the struggle was with what Amazon states vs. reality of the shipping company. All in all I have received a lot of complements on the pergola and think this is a great addition to my home. I do think the 4 corner posts could be a little bit stronger and the attachment clips for the curtains are plastic. Domi Reps have been great at customer service and offer replacement parts as needed and check up on all customers! seems like a great company!

I was actually surprised at how easy it was to assemble. Definitely need 2 to 3 people to complete full installation. I used a combination of the Amazon installation video and the instructions, both were needed as the pictures in the instructions do not always show the detail on a part. Once it was up and louvers in it was clear this was a beautiful piece of equipment - the heavy outer curtains and closed louvers prevented any wetness when it rained the day after we completed installation - very very happy with this purchase.

Our experience with this pergola began on a slightly off-key note. Upon delivery, we were disheartened to discover that some parts were damaged (unfortunate result of improper shipping handling). However, what followed was a testament to the company's exceptional commitment to customer satisfaction. With minimal fuss and maximum efficiency, the company stepped in to rectify the situation with a responsive and courteous customer service! Their commitment to ensuring we were satisfied customers transformed our initial disappointment into a delightful surprise. The pergola instantly became a great addition to home, it keeps unwanted guests (insects) at bay, making our outdoor gatherings much more enjoyable. Moreover, the pergola has drastically expanded our outdoor living space. Its elegant design is not just pleasing to the eye, but also incredibly functional, providing just the right amount of shade and comfort. The pergola has essentially extended our home, our outdoor space has become another room where we can entertain guests & enjoy family activities. We had considered building our own sunroom which would have taken days - upon days (building permits & stamped drawings) not to mention actual construction time! The pergola took two of us about 9 hours to construct (one hour of that time was spent unpacking which came in 4 large boxes). An excellent choice for those looking to enhance their outdoor experiences!

OK, here's my honest rating and some helpful tips for this product: 1. Delivery. Not good. This ships LTL, in my case it was ABF. Ok, but they deliver with a semi-truck. Not an issue for some/most but there's no way that was coming up my driveway. I had to drive to the terminal to pick it up, you need a 12' trailer FYI. Two of the four boxes were damaged, nothing terrible, just a few minor scratches. 2. Touch-up paint. Don't bother asking for it, they claim they cannot ship it. They will reimburse you but good luck finding a match. 3. Now onto the build. I assembled this entirely by myself, all in it took about 10.5 hours. I started by assembling the two long sides, mounted one side using an adjustable step ladder to stabilize it. One I got it anchored, I set the second side after measuring per the instructions but also by measuring diagonally to ensure the side were parallel and squared with each other. Then it was simply a matter of placing the (3) crossmembers one a time. They sit into the main beams, so it was very easy to do by myself. 4. The louvers are time consuming more than anything, I was able to attach four at time on one end and then climb up my second ladder to secure the other end. These are held by roughly #4 Sheetmetal screws with a phillips head. I wish they were torx or square drive. When screwing in the louvers to the center beam, make yourself a little wooden lever, 1x1x8 long to wedge the louver cam up when driving the screw. You'll get it when you see it :) 5. The instructions a "pretty good". You sometimes wish the exploded view were a bit more exploded. Overall, the unit is sturdy and well engineered! Best of luck!

Great product. Shipping was slow but not damaged. Is a bit of work to put together. Did it by myself with the help of my drywall lift and power tools. Took 9hrs. I lagged the corner post down to the deck but took extra precautions by securing the top four corner post to the deck/house. Very sturdy. Looks incredible!!! Highly recommend!!!

We were looking for flexibility in covering for our deck. This is an amazing option. Er bought 2 to make a 10x26 space. We didn't put it together ourselves but paid 2 handyman to do it. They had issues with the instructions but got it put together. If it weren't for the instruction issues, I would have gone 5 stars.
