  • So far great - until IAN POST Hurricane 2nd Update
Color: Gray Size: 10X13 FT
Box came in perfect shape, no damage. I assembled this by myself in 90 degree weather and boy I couldn't wait for the shade. Pretty straight forward to assemble only errors were me putting a canopy brace in backwards and centering the canopy was a little difficult by myself, but it's done. Only wish is there were weights in the screen and shade to stop them blowing in the wind, but that's easily remedied. Let's see how it holds up to Florida. Definitely recommend using an Allen bit for a power drill and set it at low resistance. I stripped the head on a couple of the screws - but not to worry, it's not coming down. Saw another review about getting some pavers to put it on - gonna try that to help anchor it and raise the curtains off the patio deck. I also purchased the the sand weights to stabilize the legs. Update..... added about 200lbs of sand to the uprights, 50 per leg, and so far stability is great. Experiencing 60mph winds right now and holding up 100%. UPDATE POST HURRICANE IAN. Well lets say it didn't quite make it. took off the canopy but stupid me left the curtains bundled to the uprights. Did really well until the 150mph gust and then the legs just pulled out from the frame, even with 50+lbs of sand attached to each leg. Maybe I'm a dreamer but I think had I not made that error, it would have survived. I think when all is said and done I can rebuild the legs using 4x4 or 6x6 wood and securing the top frame to them. Other than that I was great! If I can't rebuild, I'll just by another and then have some spare parts (just in case) 2nd Update - I wrote the company to see if I could get some replacement parts to fix the damage from the hurricane. All I can say is they were absolutely WONDERFUL and I'm as happy as can be. I will be re-rising the gazebo next weekend! Gonna reinforce the anchoring into the deck and make sure I remove the side curtains if there's ever another hurricane! Thanks to the company - again, I couldn't be any happier with their response! ... show more

  • Sturdy and Attractive!
Color: Gray Size: 10X13 FT
The first thing I noticed was that the fabric was quite a bit heavier than I was expecting! Next, since I am a short, handicapped, 67 yr old woman with NO help, I had to plan my "attack" on installing this monster! Fortunately there were very few instructions to confuse the process so after a quick glance of how things fit together, I was able to "improvise"...substituting for those 2 extra bodies with some rope and a few bungee straps! (Relax!!! I do have 30+ years of construction experience) I first put together 1 of the short sides (nearest the 16' high end of my deck), then attached 1 long rail to a 3rd column (This is where the bungee cords came in....holding the rail in place while I was getting the 3rd post lined up) I wasn't crazy about having to temporarily secure each post with a framing nail but in lieu of someone to help hold the post in place, that worked! So, now with the 2 sides rails up that are next to my 2nd story deck railing, I was ready to move to the inside rails....and my 3rd glass of wine! Those 2 rails went up without a hitch, but I was still only on my 4' step ladder! Now, for the top! I managed to drag my 6' ladder from the garage to the deck and proceeded to assemble the top frame. It helps greatly IF you do NOT tighten down the rails completely when assembling the rectangular outer frame. You'll need a little "play" to get the top frame in place. I loosely attached the "screwed" down bars, 1 on each long side and then inserted the longer bars in each of the 4 corners, then went back to place the other 2 shorter screw down bars (and to retrieve another glass of wine!) Then I went around the whole frame with my 3 ft. level, making sure that all my posts were plumb while tightening every screw! Next! Putting on the fabric top! So, but this time I've nearly had enough wine to spend the next HOUR stretching the canvas over the frame....working off my 6' ladder....tugging and twisting,up and down the ladder trying to keep the hooks in place while I stretch the canvas over a few more feet! FINALLY, the hard part....DONE. MORE WINE, then I hang the screens and curtains, once again, check for plumb, drill pilot holes in my deck and screw the post bases to the deck! (Oh, and drink more wine!) So, don't believe all the horror stories you may read. This installation was a breeze.....even for a lone OLD lady who has enough screws in clamps in her back to build a small deck of it's own! Oh, total time to construct....about 6 1/2 hours. ... show more

  • Great price
Color: Hardtop Size: 10X12 FT
Original it was only 3 stars but the company made the issues right. This is a nice gazebo not sure if I'll get more then a few years the roof material makes me a little nervous. All our parts were there one was damaged but the company was on top of it! . It took 1 person to do all the prep work about 3 hours then another 4 hours to get it together the roof on side together and curtians up 2 people. The worst part is the corner of the roofs it's 4 holes to line up one screw and must be tight. The curtains are heavy but the time screws to keep them from falling are absolutely impossible to get in on the outside. I put rubber in the track to stop it much easier! Overall it's great we are happy! It was easy to put together instructions weren't great but the video was very helpful! ... show more

  • ON TIME
Color: Gray Size: 10X13 FT
Great quality has lasted going on 6 years

  • Don’t waste your money!!!!! It’s garbage.
So to begin with, I’ve owned 6 Gazebo’s over the last 20 years. All of which have lasted at minimum of 2 years. Typically they rust out around the base. Let me start with the fact this won’t last a week or two at most. That’s how cheap this is. This is the absolute cheapest quality gazebo I’ve ever purchased. Everything from the cheap welds, to the cheap thin fabric. The top piece uses an elastic stitch that’s stretched out already in the 5 days it’s been assembled. The four corners use a loop to tie at the peak. Everything else is held together with very cheap thin Velcro. Unfortunately due to illness, I was unable to unpack and inspect the quality of this product until after the return date, so I’m stuck with a product that cost me hundreds of dollars and is complete junk. In the photos, you can clearly see the size of the last 10x10 gazebo (which lasted 5yrs) had a much wider base compared to this garbage. My advice… do not buy this. Total garbage. ... show more
