For the price of this gazebo I can't really complain. I did not purchase this gazebo with high expectations due to the price, I assumed there would be an issue or two with it. I followed the instructions to the letter and all was going smoothly up until it was time to start bolting the roof frame to the horizontal trusses. The instructions are clear and actually helpful which was definitely a treat but I still managed to get 4 bolts completely stripped and/or wedged in the pre drilled holes. I replaced them at a local hardware store, 1 size wider/longer for around $5. Other than that, everything went swimmingly. Now for the best part. We just had a blizzard here with about 9" of snow and sustained 35-50mph winds and the gazebo held up!! I was 100% expecting to hear it come crashing down but it survived! I did anchor it down with screw in the ground eye hook dog leash holders and set the legs inside of cinder blocks in preparation for the storm but, the fact that it actually held up is still quite impressive in my opinion. ... show more

This looked good in pictures, but the box arrived damaged, it was not easy to assemble and the parts are cheap- poor quality. Screws that were not fully formed, broken bags of screws, welds that did nothing (eg- parts were not welded together like they were supposed to be), rivet nuts that were not fully crimped so they just spun, and aluminum poles that are so cheap they could not handle ANY sideloading. I did not even get to fully assemble this before it fell down from everything being so flimsy and weak. ... show more

    • Almost great! 6 hour job for 2 people +2 for roof lifting

Positive: Great quality control in the manufacturing process. The only issue was roof panel Y needed trimming on both sides. Other than that the fit is impressive.Packing all these parts into 2 boxes is an amazing feat. Negative: One frame arrived with a dent and one polycarbonate roof panel had a deep dent. The box with the metal frame is heavy, like more than 100lbs. After completing the assembly and tightening all the screws it still wiggles. The simple solution would be for the manufacturer to include 8 gussets for connecting the posts to the beams. HELLO! This is an obvious problem from an engineering or building perspective. I will fabricate my own. Without the gussets and anchoring the posts I would not consider this gazebo sturdy. Just 8 gussets would make a huge difference. Also a cross piece to tie one 12’beam to the other to help with any live load on the roof (like snow) Assembly: plan for at least 2 people participating for most of the project. Plan for 4 people setting the roof structure on top of the post and beam frame. It is delicate! Overall: amazing fit! We’re pleased with the outcome! I think it’s a good value. It would be nice if the manufacturer could replace the damaged parts. Once unpacked there’s no way I would even try to get it all back in the box for return let alone disassemble for return. I would suggest you plan for an easy 6 hour job for 2 people and just a few minutes for 4 people to set the roof structure. I would not consider this gazebo for snow country. ... show more

This Gazebo can not withstand wind even when mounted down to deck. If you buy, you will need to support it using brackets or something more than what it comes with in the box because if not wind will shift the top back and forth until it strips away from the posts.

I bought this in 2022. It’s now 2026! I love it and it’s still standing after 2 hurricanes. My spouse used a bucket with the bottoms removed, made a slit, Turned it inside down and filled it with concrete on a concrete slab. Used tape to cover the slit and let it dry. This gazebo seemed very unstable from the beginning. The metal was soft, if that makes sense. It would bend easily with any kind of movement while building it. We needed 4 people to build it but once it was finally up it was beautiful. The roof filtered the light nicely so it was never too dark but protected from the sun. However less than 2 months and it is twisted in my backyard. A storm came through and I found it like the pictures in my backyard. I felt that this gazebo had good reviews for the money so I purchased it. It is not worth the money at all. I could have put that $700 toward a better option . I highly recommend you purchase a more sturdy model. You get what you pay for 😔 ... show more

Original it was only 3 stars but the company made the issues right. This is a nice gazebo not sure if I'll get more then a few years the roof material makes me a little nervous. All our parts were there one was damaged but the company was on top of it! . It took 1 person to do all the prep work about 3 hours then another 4 hours to get it together the roof on side together and curtians up 2 people. The worst part is the corner of the roofs it's 4 holes to line up one screw and must be tight. The curtains are heavy but the time screws to keep them from falling are absolutely impossible to get in on the outside. I put rubber in the track to stop it much easier! Overall it's great we are happy! It was easy to put together instructions weren't great but the video was very helpful! ... show more
