Read previous reviews on this item & they were a mixed bag of good & bad. I REALLY loved the colors & fabric design! Given how inexpensive the set is, I wasn't expecting much, but decided to try my luck. This was one of those lucky times, IMHO! 😁 I took a bunch of photos, hope I can post them all. When this was delivered, it came in a big box. Upon opening the box, the actual bed set was in a MUCH smaller box. (See photos). Also took photos to show what this item is actually like. It was VERY stiff coming out of the box. It's also VERY THIN. We live in FL, so that is actually perfect for us. If you live in a cooler climate, you won't get much warmth from this. It's more like 2 heavy sheets. It's totally reversible. It LOOKS quilted...it is NOT. It's fused to mimic quilting. I washed it before putting it on the bed. Some people said theirs had a bad chemical smell, mine didn't have any objectionable odor. When I took it out of the washer, I noticed it did bleed color onto a small, light colored rag I threw in with it to test for color fastness. Not awful, some minor color transfer during the first wash. Jury is still out at this point. Didn't take long to dry! This is when I started thinking I'd made the RIGHT decision. It was softer & slightly puckered, as a quilted item should look. Out of the box, it was perfectly flat. Several people mentioned it ran small. I'm used to using bed skirts (haven't had a full size bedspread for a long time), so for me, it was almost too big! We have a regular king size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. It's a standard mattress, no pillow top. I found this item to be plenty big! You can see on the photos the points at the foot almost touch the floor & at the top it touches the bed's headboard! Plenty of drop on the sides as well. The 2 pillow shams that are included are perfect. They look quilted on the front, not quilted on the back. Overall, my husband & I both LOVE everything about this bed cover! I was very pleasantly surprised in the end. Given the low price, this is SO MUCH BETTER than I expected! Would DEF purchase again! 5-14-23 UPDATE: After having this on the bed for the past few days, I have come to LOVE it even more! I'm seriously considering ordering a second one for when this one wears out!!

This print is very pretty and vibrant. It is not quilted, but the two layers are heat embossed together. This is extremely lightweight. Washed and dried nicely. Fits my twin xl bed perfect. UPDATE After using this quilt for about 1 1/2 weeks I am very impressed and surprised with how warm it is for being so lightweight. Perfect for my needs without breaking the bank.

You do get what you pay for.........I should have read the reviews....apparently what looks like quilting stitches is cheap dashes done with ink NOT with stitches. It is in the washer right now. I wanted this as a winter darker tropical spread, it is very pretty but cheap!! Tonight I will put it just for looks ON TOP of my summer weight( actually quilted with batting and machine stitched) quilt. It sure is pretty but what a shame that their (manufacturer out of the USA) interpretation of "quilted" is different than actually putting batting between two pieces of fabric and stitching (quilting) them together!! For the low price I am keeping it, but if you think this is quilted it is NOT, quilt stitches are drawn on....no batting. It is two thin pieces of fabric probably glued together, as they sure aren't stitched together. Now that I have it I notice the Amazon warning....FREQUENTLY RETURNED ITEM.... buyer beware....

I am so happy with this bedspread! It's beautiful, soft (washed it right away) and a great size. I bought the king size for my queen bed as my grandkids spend the night often and they fight for covers with a regular queen size bedspread. I wanted something lightweight so I could throw it into the washer easily with only limited drying time in the dryer. Most comforters take forever to dry and then you have to fluff them mid-cycle to get them to dry evenly. This bedspread was dry in no time! Even though it is lightweight, the quilting on it is tight and nicely done. The fabric is easy care, which I am so glad as my grandkids think it is their bed when they come over and crawl all over it. It is kid proof, which makes this grandma relax. Because it was so affordable, I may want to buy a couple more to use during the different seasons. I already have my eye on one of the other patterns. Remember, it is not a fluffy and plush comforter. It is a lightweight bedspread. I have my electric blanket under it for wintertime use.

I bought this for my camper. I received it and it was beautiful. I followed the directions and washed it to get rid of the smell it had. Washed in cold and dried on low. It faded terribly! I returned it and a replacement was sent. Again I washed it and it faded terribly. It is also very rough to the touch. I am very unhappy but am using it anyway since my trip started the next day. Over a week later and I’ve pushed it off every night due to the texture. I have a different comforter that is similar at home from a different manufacturer and it is great and soft and vibrant. That’s whet I expected.
