I am not a professional dog groomer, but I have been grooming my own pets for the last 8 years. I am always on the hunt for a product that makes this very daunting task easier, and I couldn't be any happier with these clippers. I have a Shih-Tzu style dog that gets very long hair with a double coat. He also isn't very compliant and just wants to lay there when getting his hair cut. You would think that after so many years of experience grooming this dog, I would eventually get faster and faster at the task. However, It always takes me 2 hours to 3 hours to give him a complete grooming. An outrageous amount of time. With these clippers, I had him groomed in 25 minutes. I was only planning on doing a few passes on my dog to give them a quick test run when they arrived, but when I saw how powerful these clippers were, I couldn't help but continue. I was running these clippers through his hair like a kid on a water slide. The clippers never hesitated or stuttered. They just cut, and cut, and cut. I think even my dog was enjoying it as he rolled over and waited for me to clip his underside. The clippers didn't get hot or bother him one bit; even when I was clipping his most sensitive areas. The other attachments in this kit are pretty solid and typical of what you would find in other kits. I used the face groomer to trim the small areas of his paws and they really worked out great. The nail grinder is really weak, and I wouldn't use it for any serious work. Overall, I am super happy with this product and I highly recommend it.

This grooming set is every bit as nice as the more expensive name-brand kit I bought during Covid. The pandemic forced me to groom our little dogs and I've been doing it ever since. These clippers cut fast and smooth and don’t get hung up in every small tangle or curl. They are, however, slightly louder than my old clippers so that’s a consideration if you have a nervous Nelly like I do. The small clippers are great for the hair between the pads and nails. I’ll never use the nail grinder and probably not the comb. The metal scissors are much heavier than I’m used to and I do feel the edges could be a little sharper. I think I just need to get used to them. Everything else I need was included… charging cords, oil, cleaning brush, instructions. I would prefer a wall charger but I probably have an adapter around here somewhere. All-in-all a very nice set and great value.

These are actually pretty good clippers. They aren't as quiet as I expected from reading the listing, but they are medium loud - a lot less high pitched & loud than any other set of clippers I have used (pet or human). I wish this set came with a bag/pouch to keep everything together & clean. I do really appreciate all the different attachments, heads & oil this set comes with for actually a fairly good price point. I really like that they are rechargeable & cordless (the cord always seems to get in the way). The nail grinder attachment is ridiculously underpowered - I tested it out on my nail, and it barely did anything and took almost 30 seconds to finally start to make a tiny dent. I would never ever use it on an animal unless you find a way to superpower it or are just smoothing out tips after they've been trimmed, and the animal is very layback & patient. I could use a regular nail file and be 10x more effective in 1/10 of the time. For plastic, they feel pretty good in the hand, didn't get super-hot and feel fairly well made. They are sharp & well powered. They didn't bite or pull fur. It was actually a fairly positive experience and wasn't hard to clean everything up afterwards either. I do like that it includes a pair of metal scissors for touch ups. They recharge fairly quickly and work for a while. Good set - I recommend.
