What a waste of time waiting for this junk in the mail just to return it. It rarely seemed the Dog barking, and doesn't activate the way its supposed to. It was set to the most sensitive setting. Don't waste your time.

Was dubious about using this collar after reading much dog training advice against them, but my little dog seemed impervious to positive training methods. For months, I used a remote beeper and ample rewards for being quiet, but nothing stopped his random barking in the mornings. Finally, I set up the collar with both beeper and mild shock. The first time his barking set it off, he ran to me and sat in my lap while I worked. He’s only barked one more time, ran immediately to me, and has been silent since. The great thing about this is that he’s getting a negative response to his barking bit it’s not associated with me. I remain his friend and protector! ... show more

I wouldn't recommend it it didn't hold a charge or last long only had it maybe three four months and it quit working

Sensitivity is not calibrated. I maxed out the sensitivity setting and it only picks up 1 in 5 barks. Not small barks either, it's coming from a golden retriever. The reviews are also hi-jacked. The overwhelming majority of reviews are for a different product. Amazon is turning into wish.

I don’t have the shock function on, but the beeping/vibrating seems to stop barking most of the time. The issue is she barks louder than it and doesn’t always hear it. Also it does not react immediately to barking, and picks up outside noise.

It doesn't work on my German shepherd. I had to buy a different collar, a bit more power.
