I purchased this set of dog training collars in February 2024 because I really needed help getting my two young dogs to listen when I called them. I've used other collars in the past and they either stopped working after a while or the dogs never really paid attention to them when in use. BUT these collars WORK. They are fantastic in the design and functionality and my two hounds listen to me when I use them. I have 3 modes to use and I only have to use the tone mode to get the dogs attention. There is also vibrate and "shock" mode but I don't use either. They are well made and are waterproof. The collars that come with them are long and adjustable. They fit my 35lb. doxador and my 11lb. dachshund so there is room to adjust the collar. and the collars are different colors too. Not 2 of the same color. They charge up fast and hold a good charge for a week at least, but that also depends on how often you use them. The remote holds a charge even longer. I like that I don't have to buy batteries and can simply recharge them when needed. These are really nice collars. And the warranty on them is good too. But the best part of this is the customer service. On one of the collars the on-off button stopped working. I had to use a pen to push it in and turn it on to use the collar. I contacted the the seller, James from BOUSNIC and explained what was going on with one of the collars. James replied back to me in a matter of hours and said that the button shouldn't be like that and offered to send me another collar to replace the broken one. For free. No shipping costs. No return of the broken collar. None of the hassle to correct this issue. Just good customer service. Like it used to be. The customer was taken care of. Then James followed up to let me know that my replacement was on the way. WOW. Just WOW ...... It arrived in the 4-7 day time frame that was given and I'm now back to using two collars like I intended when I purchased the collars in the beginning. I recommend buying from this company, BOUSNIC , because of the fantastic customer service and the quality of the product. Thanks James for helping correct this issue. When I need to purchase other dog supplies I will check with BOUSNIC first. In my opinion you can't do any BETTER THAN BOUSNIC. :)

I am purchasing my 3rd set. 1st set was June2022/ 2nd set was November 2022, and I am buying a 3rd set 4/21/2023. My dogs are a little rough playing like literally dragging each other by the necks LOL which their teeth broke the buttons in , but I have to say this brand has been the best out of any of the other ones we tried . Very durable. They work so good all I have to do is grab the remote and it stops them in their tracks LOL At first it was for barking definitely works.My first dog we rescued had a lot of anxiety and she would bark at everything & everyone very high pitched as well, she was also was nipping, and this collar put her in check quickly. 2 years later and she is so well behaved . Easy to set up, adjustable strength on the vibration and the shock. Definitely waterproof, we like to take them off when they are swimming, but there has been times we have forgotten and the collars and the dogs were in the pool all day , and they are still working . Definitely recommend this product. Great for dogs who keep barking , my daughters Chihuahua that doesn’t even wear one is next to my dogs when she hears the beep she stops LOL Vibration as well is awesome when the dogs need that extra reminder to stop what they are doing. The shock feature as well we had to use it a few times for their safety (you can adjust the strength depending on how thick their coat is and size of the dog because it does go to 99 so it’s important to make sure you have that lowered . There is a lock on the remote to prevent accidents . Only wish the actual collar had som belt loops when adjusting and not have to cut off the extra, especially would be useful when you are training puppies so you can keep it & adjust it when they grow bigger. Definitely try it . I always recommend this device , just got my sister to purchase one her dog literally barks all day every day and has completely stopped.

Year Update. The customer service replaced the remote after a month of use, it randomly stopped working. I’ve now how these collars and remote a whole year. Cons - the prongs broke and for long haired dogs they need that to feel the vibrate. One collar always responds to the remote. The other doesn’t: which is frustrating when there’s a situation I need to correct and only one collar responds. I’ve had these collars since September. They’re easy to use, loud enough to get a dogs attention and the battery lasts ages! I only use the beep and vibrate with my dogs and it works perfectly! It’s been a life saver. Con - the remote has randomly stopped working. Charged it and it still won’t work. I’ve contacted the seller, hopefully he sends a replacement. If he does I will update the review. If he doesn’t I’m out $50 and my collars will be useless.

These are good. They have the option to beep, vibrate or shock and the shock has different levels. The beep and vibration alone can get your dogs attention. Shock should only be used in an emergency, say they are running after another dog not listening or towards the road or trying to run after someone. Just examples. My dog loves water and these are pretty water resistant as well. You can switch between 1 and 2 setting for both dogs if you have two. It’s great for reactive dogs, but dogs are smart. They know when that thing isn’t on and can act a fool so don’t think it will just train your dog with out associating recall and commands with positive feedback like treats or something.

Gosh, where to start with this one. I'd like to start by saying it is difficult to see the image on the buttons because there's no contrast between the image and the button itself. It is not impossible, though, but you might want to take fingernail polish and lightly brush over the images or get a glitter marker and lightly go over the images to see what is what. The next thing is the range. There's no way it has the range is claims. I have a dog that was responding to the collar, but he heard a dog about 100 feet away, and once he got to 75 feet, he did not feel any shock. I turned it all the way up, with no response. When I got within 50 feet, that's when the beep started working again, and then the shock. The collars stay on well. They do help with training at close range, but less than 100 feet for sure. The buttons are black, the images on the buttons are black, it's just nonsense to not put in a tiny bit of contrast on the buttons. The other thing is the switch to go from one dog to the other. Kill me with this. The switch is white, the marks for the switch are white, so it makes it a tad difficult to see, plus, you don't know which collar goes with which, unless you mark it on the remote. A little contrast at least for numbering for the switch woukd be good, too. Again, you could use a glitter marker, sharpie, or nail polish if you are super good at painting.

Affordable & Effective Training Tool — Please Educate Yourself Before Using This e-collar is very affordable and can be a great training tool when used responsibly. I highly recommend learning how to properly use an e-collar before putting it on your dog. It is not an automatic fix and should never be treated like a toy or shortcut for training. I always start training with verbal commands, positive reinforcement, praise, and rewards first. Your dog should understand their name and basic commands before adding an e-collar. Once that communication is established, the collar can help reinforce commands such as recall, leave it, off-leash recall, and jumping. I recommend starting without the contact prongs/stimulation and using the tone first. Many dogs respond extremely well to the tone alone. From there, you can introduce vibration if needed. Electrical stimulation should only be considered after you understand the tool, your dog understands the command, and you know how to use it appropriately. Please remember that improper or excessive use can create fear, confusion, or negative associations with you or the collar. I strongly recommend speaking with a qualified reward-based trainer who is knowledgeable about e-collars before using stimulation. Also, this is not an automatic bark collar. If you need something that consistently responds to barking whether you are home or away, that is a different type of training tool. Overall, I think this is a great value for the price and a useful training aid — but the most important training tool will always be clear communication, consistency, education, and positive reinforcement.
