I purchased this set of dog training collars in February 2024 because I really needed help getting my two young dogs to listen when I called them. I've used other collars in the past and they either stopped working after a while or the dogs never really paid attention to them when in use. BUT these collars WORK. They are fantastic in the design and functionality and my two hounds listen to me when I use them. I have 3 modes to use and I only have to use the tone mode to get the dogs attention. There is also vibrate and "shock" mode but I don't use either. They are well made and are waterproof. The collars that come with them are long and adjustable. They fit my 35lb. doxador and my 11lb. dachshund so there is room to adjust the collar. and the collars are different colors too. Not 2 of the same color. They charge up fast and hold a good charge for a week at least, but that also depends on how often you use them. The remote holds a charge even longer. I like that I don't have to buy batteries and can simply recharge them when needed. These are really nice collars. And the warranty on them is good too. But the best part of this is the customer service. On one of the collars the on-off button stopped working. I had to use a pen to push it in and turn it on to use the collar. I contacted the the seller, James from BOUSNIC and explained what was going on with one of the collars. James replied back to me in a matter of hours and said that the button shouldn't be like that and offered to send me another collar to replace the broken one. For free. No shipping costs. No return of the broken collar. None of the hassle to correct this issue. Just good customer service. Like it used to be. The customer was taken care of. Then James followed up to let me know that my replacement was on the way. WOW. Just WOW ...... It arrived in the 4-7 day time frame that was given and I'm now back to using two collars like I intended when I purchased the collars in the beginning. I recommend buying from this company, BOUSNIC , because of the fantastic customer service and the quality of the product. Thanks James for helping correct this issue. When I need to purchase other dog supplies I will check with BOUSNIC first. In my opinion you can't do any BETTER THAN BOUSNIC. :)

I am purchasing my 3rd set. 1st set was June2022/ 2nd set was November 2022, and I am buying a 3rd set 4/21/2023. My dogs are a little rough playing like literally dragging each other by the necks LOL which their teeth broke the buttons in , but I have to say this brand has been the best out of any of the other ones we tried . Very durable. They work so good all I have to do is grab the remote and it stops them in their tracks LOL At first it was for barking definitely works.My first dog we rescued had a lot of anxiety and she would bark at everything & everyone very high pitched as well, she was also was nipping, and this collar put her in check quickly. 2 years later and she is so well behaved . Easy to set up, adjustable strength on the vibration and the shock. Definitely waterproof, we like to take them off when they are swimming, but there has been times we have forgotten and the collars and the dogs were in the pool all day , and they are still working . Definitely recommend this product. Great for dogs who keep barking , my daughters Chihuahua that doesn’t even wear one is next to my dogs when she hears the beep she stops LOL Vibration as well is awesome when the dogs need that extra reminder to stop what they are doing. The shock feature as well we had to use it a few times for their safety (you can adjust the strength depending on how thick their coat is and size of the dog because it does go to 99 so it’s important to make sure you have that lowered . There is a lock on the remote to prevent accidents . Only wish the actual collar had som belt loops when adjusting and not have to cut off the extra, especially would be useful when you are training puppies so you can keep it & adjust it when they grow bigger. Definitely try it . I always recommend this device , just got my sister to purchase one her dog literally barks all day every day and has completely stopped.

This e-collar worked wonders for our pup! Implementing the use of this collar has corrected barking, chewing, and digging! The set up is so easy. It can hold a charge anywhere from a month to several months depending on how often it’s used. It takes off a burden to not have to take it off to charge it as much and have a behaving pup. We started out on the vibrating setting for behaviors such as digging. As boundaries were pushed, we used the shock setting. Almost immediately , the behavior was stopped. Fast forward months later, if I hold up the remote, our pup discontinues the behavior without having to say anything. The vibrate/shock does not hurt our pup at all; it just shows him whose boss and what behaviors are not accepted. The use of this collar definitely helped his training significantly. The only con is that if the collar is on the dog and is not used for a while, you have to press the bottom on the collar to turn it back on. It is easy to do. We are so grateful that we decided to give this collar a try! Our dog went from being misbehaved and uncontrollable, to such a behaved, well-mannered, playful pup! It is 100% worth the price! It comes with two collars, a charging port, and a remote, so if you have two dogs or need a back up collar, it’s perfect! We have not had to replace the collars in the year and a half we’ve had it. If you have a misbehaving dog that you can’t get under control, you will not regret this purchase.

We have two great dogs. One is a small terrier chihuahua mix and the other is Sheppard, Rottweiler and Golden Retriever mix. So we purchased the Two collars in one package. The collars are great! They work extremely well. The batteries last forever and the fact that we can charge them is much better than our previous collars we had to put batteries in. We have one serious issue. The switch on the controller that allows you to switch between collars does not work well. When you switch from #1 to #2 it jumps back to #1 so you end up vibrating or shocking the wrong dog! To the point where our little dog (Who is the older and better behaved) is scared of the collar because he gets zapped when he is doing nothing wrong! We thought that maybe there may be some dust or dirt in the switch so we blew it out and that seemed to help a little but was short lived. It seems that the switch is a poor switch. It does not have a definite "CLICK" when switching from #1 to #2. So unless you are looking at the display you are not sure what dog collar you are on! The next issue is the screen on the remote itself. Super hard to read or even see in the sunlight. You have to hold your hand over the display and put your face right up to it to see the display to see it. So with the experience we have had over the last three months I would recommend that if you have two dogs get two separate collars. This will keep you from making the small dog scared and confused when he is doing exactly what he is being told to do and you are still zapping him!! Another recommendation would be for Bousnic to install a bright light into the collar. Our big dog is all black and can not be seen at night. Having a bright light in the collar would allow us to find him at night by turning on the light. So overall the collars are very nice. Wish there was a way to get a new or better controller..

What I liked: • Simple setup: Quick to get started and easy to figure out • Works for multiple dogs: Convenient having one system for both • Adjustable levels: Can tailor it depending on the size and temperament of each dog • Good range: Works well for training at home and in the yard Things to consider: • Takes a little time to find the right setting for each dog • Always start on the lowest setting and adjust as needed Overall: This is a great training tool if used properly. i just received these and immediately put them to use. (day 2) i have a rambunctious puppy(harper. first image, 21 breeds, 9ish months, weighing in at around 30lbs, pure mutt, but turned out adorable against all odds. she doesn't respond to training, treats, toys, it feels like ive tried everything.(she knows sit and lay down, down, & stay. that's it.) my other dog is trained as my service dog. she's 2.5 years old, the bestest baby, 30lbs. i got the puppy and she thought this thing was crazy, granted she is. she's so high energy they "fight",(i got a trainer involved because i was concerned but she verified that it wasn't fighting, and just vocal playing😭) and it's loud and obnoxious. but they're playing and i don't want them to NOT play, but they just can't make the horrendous noises they do, as i have chronic migraines. the puppy has taught my service dog that's its acceptable to bark at people who walk by the fence. obviously it isn't and ive tried things to correct this on both the service dog and the mutt and neither responded well. turned to these as a last resort before sending them to a dog boarding school or something to correct behaviors and learn new manners, and i'm so glad i did. the mutt doesn't know where the beeping comes from, and it throws her off when she's barking at someone, which works for me because i can get her attention, unlike other times, and correct her behavior. sometimes, when shes really riled up, you have to buzz her several times. and even that can not work, so a low level shock does the trick. (i tried several shock up to around 9 and the first 1-3 dont do anything, at 4 you can feel it, but its lighter than a vibrate so it doesn't do anything. if i have to shock her, i use somewhere between 6-8 and check for marks after. ive used it 3 or 4 times and theres nothing. it sounds crazy but if you try it on yourself its really not bad.) you can get the corgis attention when she's barking at the fence,(without the collars) but it's a struggle. got these bad boys and you give her a beep and maybe a buzz and she turns around, comes to me, and sits at my heels immediately. to say the least, i'm very happy with this. i'm not a professional dog trainer, but i have helped train other service dogs and dogs before and i have to say this is one of the best items ive ever purchased for training. they just ignored someone on a bike! that's progress. i'm curious to see if this works on the puppy for leash manners. she pulls TERRIBLY on a leash while the corgi stays at a heel the entire time unless i say otherwise.(like on a walk when she is allowed to go sniff things) i saw a few people saying mixed opinions on battery life. personally when i received them i was able to use them until i went to bed but they were about dead. i plugged them in all night (both collars and the remote) and everything is working fine, if not better this morning. i'm probably going to have a charging schedule to make sure they stay charged up, not sure what it's going to be though. i do have a tip for anyone with dogs that pull though. its on amazon, it's called halti, it's a head halter and it goes around their snout with a clip at the bottom for the leash. it made all the difference for training w my corgi. it takes time to know what your dog responds best to, but i'd like to believe all dogs are trainable with the right equipment, and you have just found the right equipment.🤞❤️
