My first impression when I received the collar was very good, it comes very well packaged and a good design, its configuration is simple and I was able to adapt it very easily to my dog. I bought this necklace for him because it is impossible for me to take it out without a leash, he runs like crazy after any animal he sees and he doesn't listen to me when I call him and he barks a lot at people, only with the vibration and sound mode he is already working, he responds better to corrections, it's incredible I'm very happy, I haven't had to use the next step, that's how we educate him and I also reward him when he has good behavior, I recommend it to anyone who is in that situation, this necklace has been very useful to me 👍
