I put this on when I got it and didn't take it off for 24 hours, because it felt so good. After two months, acupuncture treatments, hot and cold compresses, other elbow stabilizers and wraps, daily TENS unit applications, etc. I finally got some very comfortable relief. I suppose different treatments work for different people, but this thing was great. I took the metal rods out of the brace, because I don't think that's the right treatment for tennis elbow. Anyway, just the best thing for my situation.

I've had my fare share of elbow braces and this is one of the best ones I've used. The quality is great (no stinky smell from the factory) and it feels comfortable on my arm. It comes with two options: a metal brace insert that really limits your mobility and a more flexible one. I've been using the latter one on and off for the past 2 weeks. I'm not a fan of the bright yellow stitching, but I wouldn't hesitate to purchase this again in a few years if needed.

This brace is well made and the spring helps with stable movement but it runs small and is too tight. I wore it one day and can't wear it any more.

I like the removable stays, but the Velcro part is stiff and uncomfortable. Then inner sleeve is really tight on my arm. Had to cut it to be able to wear it. Overall it’s just bulky.
