The media could not be loaded. The fan is quiet and barely visible at all 3 speeds, no wobble. The 3 light brightness options are appropriate for our needs in the kitchen. The lights cast decorative images to the sides of the room from the crystals and the bottom light shades give a solid light to surfaces directly below the light. Installation went well after observing the sales video with the product. The transmitter was shown being installed within the down rod housing for a snug fit. I planned the locations for the wires and made most of the wiring connections after the transmitter was placed. The unit was somewhat heavy so I opted to install the light band (magnetic attachment) and the rings of crystals after the main unit was hung. The fan speeds provide a lot of air movement with the short 4” down rod. Installed with a 9.3 feet ceiling height. Very satisfied customer! ... show more

Pro" Very, very easy to install. Only 8 inches in depth so can be used with really low ceilings. Came on time. Bright light if you need. Fan works fine. Covered fan so can use with really low ceilings or in a room with bunk beds where you are worried about moving blades. Fan is pretty quiet even on the medium speed. The light baffle has a sparkly quality so rather pretty. Very lightweight so easy to lift and install. Cons: There is no moving baffle to the fan so the breeze is really just below the fan ( but it does help move air in the room). Really more for a small room. The lights are really bright and when you turn the light on it ALWAYS comes on at the brightest level. Mostly plastic ( so very lightweight). Can only be used with the included remote. Batteries not included so you'll need 2 AAA batteries for the remote. A bit expensive for what it is. I needed it for a room that has really low ceiling. We have a pool table in there so wanted a ceiling fan that wouldn't be a danger of hitting with put cues. I had ordered something almost like this from "the web" for about half the price. I knew it would come from China but took the chance. It never came, the website vanished. and my credit card gave me my money back. I then found almost the same thing an Amazon. In the process of making the boys game room my “Babe Cave”! Of course, I needed a chandelier but this is Texas so I needed a ceiling fan. A few tips: the directions are minimal. My husband is not a DYI guy but managed to install it alone. The fan requires a 4 in fan bracket opening in the ceiling. Our house is 21 years old and had a 3.5 in opening. My husband fixed it easily. He had to cut away a little of the ceiling but the base covers it. Getting the screws to line up took a little elbow grease but we got it. I didn’t want something with a 1000 crystals i would have to put together or clean for that matter so this was a perfect solution. The three colors are pretty and the fan gives A LOT of air! We did have one piece of the insert that was missing and I immediately messaged Lily and she got all my necessary info and sent me a replacement piece. Took a little over a week to get here but she was very prompt in returning messages easy to work with , even checked in a time or too before it got here. I have 8ft ceiling so needed something that didn’t drop too far. It not completely flush but minimal drop rod. Overall, I love it and it’s so fancy for this mom of four boys that never has anything girly!! Did I mention it puts off A LOT of air! ... show more

The light is bright enough, the overall appearance is nice, and the install was fairly simple, those are about the only good things about this fan. The fan itself is very loud and constantly ramps up speed and then goes back down again so there is a constant cadence to the noise which makes it hard to sleep or hear other things. It's also quite disturbing. The fan also only points straight down so it gives no airflow or cooling unless you are directly under it. A standard bladed fan does not do this. A simple design change of the fan cage could easily point the air in all directions. The fan is also wired in such a way as to make it impossible to split the functions of the fan and light to two different switches. You are forced to leave the switch ON and then only use the remote control. If the Fan and Led controllers had been wired separately then you could hook it to two switches and they would operate independently. This is a HUGE design flaw. The instructions are useless and the page on the what the remote functions control are just incorrect. The fan control buttons are labeled as light on/off. I made the mistake and bought three and they are all installed with no boxed. As soon as I find replacement fans then these will go straight into the trash. So mad that I wasted my money on this garbage. ... show more
