Bought for my son's birthday present and he loves it. He told me you could excavate with it lol! It does work well and is a power house. Can't wait to borrow it. Will update if anything changes because it hasn't been used a lot, but right out of the box it started easy and worked like it should.

I have used many pressure washers, both electric and gas power. However, I have never used a pressure washer that shuts off automatically when you stop spraying. The model does. If this is common for this model, I would stay away from this pressure washer since it needs to be restarted each time you stop spraying to make and adjustment or switch spray nozzeles. Which bring me to the next issue. This model is hard to start cold, turned on the choke and after 6-12 pulls I had to turn off the choke and pull start a few more times and then turn the choke back on and hope that it would start. Now, since it shuts down when I release the handle, I have to do the same to restart. Activate the choke and make one pull and then turn the choke off and hope it will start. On the plus site easy to assemble. The instruction manual is very good (small print so you may need readers). Follow-up 11/29/2023. Reported issue with Amazon and was sent a replacement pressure washer at no charge. The replacement works perfect. The actual problem was the plastic tube that came out of the gas tank was broken not allowing the pressure washer to get the fuel. I want to thank the amazon support folks for an excellent response to the issue and even a greater response to the solution. Thank you Amazon. I never used it and sold it. It looked fantastic but it was given to me as a birthday gift, yet Ai already owned a pressure washer. DeWalt makes great products so I'm sure this one was fine too.

The media could not be loaded. Ive had this for 2 months now and have not been able to get it working and going take a loss on it and dump it. spoke to customer service twice, and brought to their repair facility in maple shade, and it worked fine there when he connected it to their system. I got a 25 foot hose as opposed to the 50 foot hose, brought it to my neighbors house, still no pressure. was told to return it to package it and return to amazon, but its a fully fueled pressure washer. This is probably my 6th power washer in about 20 years, but my first time with this brand, and also my first time buying a pressure washer from amazon. I probably would have been better off buying from the local lowes or home depot, then returning would have been easier. Maybe if someone could look at the video I posted, maybe we did some wrong, but pressure washers arent really difficult to operate and again, this isnt my first time with a pressure washer, ive always used Troy-Bilt in the past and just saw the Dewalt had good reviews. ... show more

Since none of the power washers are "returnable" I decided to go with a brand I knew. I was not disappointed. The Dewalt 61147S 3300 PSI 2.4 GPM Gas pwr washer was easy to assemble, and even easier to use. Oil, gas et al were easy to access and the unit proved to be very powerful both on wood decks and concrete. The reason I gave only 4 stars are 2 fold. First, the tires are listed as "10 inch Premium Pneumatic wheels." Well, they are 10 inch tires with an air valve but there is nothing premium about them. They are very cheap plastic wheels. Second, the frame has a place to secure the washer arm but it falls right out. Could have been made a little bit more secure. ... show more

The product is easy to use once you get it running. Since we couldn't get it started, we took it to a small engine mechanic, 30 dollars later, it works and its a great unit. If you have problems getting it to start, you might want to check the gas line. Ours was clogged. Maybe from however they tested it out. ... show more

1 pull starts. Good pressure...for you complaining about shut off.Its designed to protect pump from heating up if you stop spraying for 2 minutes. Just hit trigger for couple seconds..easy peasy
