Excellent quality for the price! I love the ability to position it the way that fits your porch best. The cushions are easy to clean, I just hose them off whenever I also hose off the rug. The color is true and I feel the size is nice for the price. It was very easy to put together and I find it very comfortable to sit on. It is holding up very well on my porch in Florida, which gets full sun most of the day. The only things I would consider is really measure the height of the backs and seats. It’s quite short, especially the table which I ended up using as an end table. So be sure it’s to your liking if you struggle like my in-laws do with getting up. The cushions also don’t attach to the furniture and they slide around a lot. I like this though as they are easier to clean. I did end up zip tying the furniture pieces together so they wouldn’t slide after I positioned them how I wanted. I found the seats moving a bit too much before I did that so keep that in mind. Super easy fix though! ... show more

Great Customer Service Nice Set Great Customer Service Nice Set
Review Image by TL Luxe Lifestyle
I ordered this patio set last month and received it within 7 days of ordering and It arrived in 3 boxes. My husband and I would have had this put together within 3 -4 hours if everything would have been ok with all of the pieces. After making sure that we had everything, we used the enclosed the wrench and a power drill and following all instructions that came with the set. Right at the end of the assembly the frames of 2 of the side panels and 2 main of the chair frames did not match up with the screw holes no matter what we did, and one of the seat covers was coming apart so we took pictures of everything that did not align and sent an email to customer service. The first thing they asked was for pictures so it's a good thing we took them; but then it was a lot of back and forth emails and more requests for proof of defect, it was almost upsetting. After waiting for a week or so for all of the replacement parts to arrive, we finally completed putting our patio set together. I love the color and the price was right for the amount of pieces we have. It could be little higher off of the ground but I'm short so it's ok for me. But if you are over 5'8 you may not be comfortable with it. The seat cushions are just ok and not really cushy and I can see my self adding more padding in the very near future in my opinion it will be needed if you are sitting on it daily. I will be dressing it up with more pillows, a rug and re arranging it around. Other than that the customer service stood by their word in making everything right on their end and I didn't have to be refunded, I'm satisfied with the outcome. ... show more

Awesome sectional! Awesome sectional!

This is a great sectional for the money. Arrived in 3-4 days, one box arriving then the next day the other two. Putting together took several hours but just because it was all hex bolts. Use a hex attachment for a drill and it will go much quicker. Nonetheless pretty easy just time consuming. For all the reviews complaining it is small or low to the ground, the dimensions are clearly listed on the product page and I measured them before hand to make sure they would be fine. Even though it is a little shorter than an average chair, I have no problem with how low it sets or the backs of the seats. It’s very comfortable and the cushions are adequately thick. We love that we can arrange it however we want. The cushions are not secured to the back of the chair but sound command Velcro strips would easily fix that and I have yet to do it. For the Price you pay with outdoor furniture, this is a great deal and I would not hesitate to purchase one again! Honestly will probably purchase the same brand for our front porch the spring! ... show more

My wife and I have been searching for a rattan patio set for a few weeks and settled on this one. When you order, be aware that the set arrives in 3 separate boxes. Amazon didn't track the first 2 that shipped. In addition, the 3rd came from a different warehouse. Not taking away any stars as they still arrived quickly and in good condition. When you do get it all unboxed, take your time to separate out the set and stage the screws and washers. Next, don't use their provided hex wrench. Get a drill, a bit adapter and a hex bit or a ratchet with a hex bit. This will save a ton of time and save your fingers, hands, and arms from burning out. I was able to completely assemble in about 3 hours (including unpacking, sorting, building and taking out trash). One of the panels arrived bent so I contacted the vendor and in under a day that had responded and shipped a replacement. I can't stress how delightful their customer service is. That is the reason I chose to write this very review. Kudos to the customer service team! One thing to note as mentioned by others that left reviews, the backs are low and the back cushions don't have tethers like the seat cushions do. Oh well, this is one of the cheaper sets out there so I can't take off stars for that. If you don't like the cushions, upgrade them. Look and feel, fit and finish all 5 stars. I'm hoping my family and I will enjoy this set for many years. ... show more

Appealing but look at other options
Color: Beige Set name: 7PCS
This patio set was easy to assemble and it’s definitely appealing to the eye. However I don’t like the padding, it’s waterproof but they do hold stains.

RUN don't walk from this company!!!!!
Color: Beige Set name: 7PCS
This company is horrible!!!!! I only gave them one star because Amazon's system would not allow me to complete my review without issuing a star(s). They do not deserve any stars. They are selling OUTDOOR furniture that is NOT FADE RESISTANT!!!!! I purchased this set in June 2021 and by August 2021 (a mere two months later), the seat cushions were faded and discolored. I think it's unscrupulous and unethical to sell outdoor furniture that is not fade resistant and not tell consumers. In addition, the seat cushions are thin and are already starting to show signs of sagging. I reached out to the company and was offered new CUSHION COVERS (which would inevitably fade too in a few months) and a $50 credit which they rescinded and never honored. I think Amazon should discontinue allowing this company to sell to its customers or at the very least, require them to properly and accurately advertise that their product is NOT FADE RESISTANT in order for consumers to make an informed decision prior to purchasing their product. DO NOT patronize this business!!!!! ... show more

Great product, price and customer service
Color: Beige Set name: 7PCS
I am thrilled with this couch for the price and the customer service is great. Our couch was estimated to arrive in 3 weeks but actually arrived in about 4-5 days. We received 2 boxes, and were missing some pieces. I contacted the seller and within a few hours they responded that the third box would arrive the following day, and it did. Assembly was easy, between myself and fiancé, I would say 1.5 - 2 hours max. We used a power drill with a hex attachment which I would highly recommend. It comes with an allen key, but that was taking forever. The cushions are a little thin but still comfortable. The furniture is sturdy as ourselves and family are not “small” people. We do bring the cushions in after use to prevent flying away and water damage. I read they are not waterproof. We cover the rattan as well when not using. After about 2 weeks it still looks good as new. Overall, I highly recommend at this point. We did not want to spend upwards of $1000 - $2000 on outdoor furniture. I am sure there is higher quality out there, but for this price point it exceeds expectations. ... show more
