I just used this mop for the first time today. A few things I like are the controls, price, and the ability to use it as a steam cleaner with other attachments. What I do not like is it only comes with two pads. Shame on you for that. And I can't find replacements. It doesn't really stand up reliably on its own. The water reservoir is rather small. And max steam doesn't seem to have the volume as my old Shark mop. In short it seems an average floor cleaner but I'm hoping it will make up for it with the steam cleaner function. UPDATE: I've had this for too long to return and it's not worth the hassle. Not a good mop at all. The Velcro that holds the pad in place fall out. There's still no way to get replacement pads so you only get the two it comes with. The power cord is way too short. I've ordered another Shark mop. I'll keep this for the steam cleaner function. ... show more

Steam action works but the pads need to be switched out to often, should have 2 sets of pads not just 2 pads.

I use it only on bathrooms' floors. Once I tried to mop laminate but it leaved stains so I didn't risk again. Did not notice any wow-effect.

The speed setting for the rotating mop attachment works at a decent rate. Cleaning power is ok, I had to go over a couple of areas multiple times to get grime off, I wasn’t sure if the steam had loosened it up or if I was able to just wipe it with a rag. The cable is quite short so I have to keep unplugging the steamer and plugging it back in to mop different areas of the house. When used as a handheld, you have to hold the steamer in an awkward position to continue use, otherwise it stops steaming and makes a clicking sound. Is it worth the 100+? No. If you’re looking for a steamer mop in general, I would just invest in the shark steamer and vacuum. I kinda regret this purchase honestly, it doesn’t work as well as other reviewers had said. ... show more
