The chair is really nice and spacious but the lumbar support sticks out so much. Even when I adjust it so that it's "off", it makes half an inch of a difference. I love everything else about the chair.

Nice chair. Easy to assemble, about half an hour. Didn't have any expectations when buying this but wanted some lumbar support and a head rest. Previously bough chairs were returned because they were uncomfortable (and more expencive). This chair feels right. It's higher at it's lowest point. The lumbar is adjustable and fits right where it needs to. Arm rests also swing up for more room. The chair itself looks nice and sleek. I'm 5'10" and this chair, so far, is the better chair I tried. I have had this chair for over a month, and I am having some problems. the chair isn't very solid feeling, it wobbles when you sit in it, I sit in it all day in my office. the front edge of the chair is not right. there is a bar at the front, and it presses on the back of my legs and is uncomfortable.
