    • Gorgeous light fan combo! But hard to install...
The media could not be loaded. I would give full stars for this for the style and how it looks...but it was a pain to install! So I can't give a full 5 star review. The fasteners that come with the fan did not seem to want to expand into the ceilings sheet rock. So we went to Lowes and bought toggle bolts. That did a lot better! And the instructions doesn't mention anything about installing the wires for the remote control...so we had to go back and take everything apart in order to install those. Took approximately 4 hours or so to install. I don't like the beeping when we turn on the light or use the remote for the fan. But I will get over it eventually. ... show more

    • Nice Quiet Fan
The fan we purchased is really nice. I had an electrician install the fan and for the most part it was pretty easy. It took him about 30 minutes. The problem we ran into was with the remote. The remote did everything it was supposed to EXCEPT stop the fan. The only way to get the fan to stop was to turn off the light switch, which defeats the purpose of having a remote. I also don't like the fact that you are given a customer service phone number so you can call as the install is happening. You can only email them and then have to wait on a response. I think this is poor customer service. But overall really nice fan. ... show more

My ceilings are 17’ high. The slow setting is still too fast. Otherwise, it’s a great fan!

    • Just what I wanted except
This is exactly what I wanted which was a fandilier in black with a contemporary design. The lights are bright & it’s super silent when in use. Yes it makes a beep noice whenever you turn on/off or adjust fan speed but no biggie! The only down side to this is the instructions set for installation are horrible. You can find a video online that walks you through all the steps but the included paper instructions skip many steps. Don’t let that stop you from getting this fan of you love it as much as I do. ... show more

This fan / light is beautiful. I am using it over my dining room table. It gives lots of light & looks stunning. The fan seemed powerful & quiet as promised. I will know more when I use it in the warm months ahead. I don't really need the remote control as it is connected to an off/on/dimmer switch on the wall from my previous fan. Very difficult to install. Not enough room in the bracket for the receiver for the remote. AlsO, you have To use the REMote Because There is no pull chain.
