Not a bad ceiling fan. But there was no included battery for the remote, it's a really strange battery size, nothing about the battery is listed in the documentation, and imprinted on the remote it says "12V / 23A". Riiiiight. So it takes the battery from a 4-wheeler... It's going to be fun trying to figure out what I'll need to buy ... show more

My wife and me love this room this fan. Unfortunately, the remote has quit functioning properly. Sometimes it works sometimes it will not. Very quick response from customer service via email but now I feel I’m being ghosted from them.

Revising to state that I did receive satisfactory customer service related to my unsatisfactory review on the product. The 4th star is for their service. Disappointed in the quality! Blades are plastic, metal is very flimsy & remote requires a special A23 battery. Definitely not worth $200.

This fan is cool to look at and works great! I love that it doesn't look like a typical ceiling fan. I was skeptical about how well it would work, but it's just as good as, if not better than, the standard. FYI, it's all black. Love the look of this fan! Directions were a little hard to follow to install but after pulling up a video of installation it was super easy. I do wish they would have included the battery for the remote that is required to work the fan.
