The flosser has good water pressure! It comes with 5 different tips and has three modes. I personally only use the normal mode because the other two are too soft. The water holder is a good size, I only had to refill it once. It’s definitely worth the price!

I have been using this flosser for a few days now. I like the size and ease of use. I would like the power to be a bit stronger, but it's not bad and does the job. The only thing I am not crazy about, but think it would be the same with any portable flosser, is you can't tip it too much and need to keep it straight to keep the water flowing through the tube. It just takes a little bit of getting used to so you get the right angle. I will definitely keep using this product.

This Irrigator is great for people going through orthodontic treatment and who need to keep their braces extra clean. The flosser charges quickly and has the high pressure needed to clean the mouth. This has a nice finish and I would expect it to last a long time.

Have been addicted to portable flossers for about 3 years now. My last one gave out after two years - excellent performance to my mind - and I thought instead of just replacing it with the same that I would get a feature that detracted from my previous one. This model has a much easier scheme of attaching the water tank to the unit; you just twist it CCW about 10 degrees and pull it off. This is considerably easier than the models that use tabs to secure the tank and require more force to install and then the coordinated effort to hold the release button (for the tabs) and pull it off - much better IMHO. Ease of operation is the same and maybe the high intensity pulse-mode is not quite as intense than the old one but entirely adequate. Tank volume is also down a couple of ounces but again no biggy - I still had to go with two tankful's on the previous one. Reliability remains to be seen but if I get year and a half for the price I paid I will be happy - first units I used back three years ago only lasted months and got tired of getting a free new unimproved one. If you've not experienced water pic flossers that are portable, try this one - at the price you can't go wrong for an evaluation and you too will get hooked on them and wonder how you every just used the brush and floss.

The product is good but at the beginning you need to see a video to use it. It didn’t last long because the bottom part broke and there is no way the fix it. I ended buying up buying another brand.
