This thing was a piece of junk from the beginning it stopped so abruptly it actually threw me off of the scooter. It stopped multiple times for no reason and would not even get over a crack in the sidewalk. I would definitely not recommend this also, in order to make a return you’ll be charged nearly $250 as a restocking fee and you must have the original packaging box and container in order to do that or you will not be given a refund avoid this company at all cost. ... show more

This was my second attempt to buy a scooter for my father. The first try was with a different vendor and the scooter never arrived. I could not get in touch with them to figure out a solution, so I canceled and bought from this vendor. As soon as the tracking number was created, this vendor called me on their own to let me know the scooter was on the way. I purchased this scooter for myself and my 85-year-old mother to help with shopping and doctors' visits. It is so handy we keep it in the car all the time to use. We both like the how we can pull up to a table at a restaurant turn the chair to the side and not be in anyone's way. It is heavy but breaks down so I can load and unload and assemble the scooter fairly fast. My mom is losing her sight and was afraid it would be hard for her to use but we are both delighted with the ease of operation, we like the turtle to rabbit speed knob so she can control the speed especially when backing up. this is awful. First it was supposed to be blue, it came red. I have only used it twice and each time something has fell off. First was the basket (we found it down the road) and next was the arm rest. They fell off somewhere before we got to the camp group. At first, I had difficulty assembling the scooter once at the store. After 5 or 6 times I learned how to quickly assemble the scooter. the parts are not too heavy to place into the car.
