This thing was a piece of junk from the beginning it stopped so abruptly it actually threw me off of the scooter. It stopped multiple times for no reason and would not even get over a crack in the sidewalk. I would definitely not recommend this also, in order to make a return you’ll be charged nearly $250 as a restocking fee and you must have the original packaging box and container in order to do that or you will not be given a refund avoid this company at all cost. ... show more

This was my second attempt to buy a scooter for my father. The first try was with a different vendor and the scooter never arrived. I could not get in touch with them to figure out a solution, so I canceled and bought from this vendor. As soon as the tracking number was created, this vendor called me on their own to let me know the scooter was on the way. After it arrived (quicker than I expected), they called to make sure I was satisfied with the process and product. I couldn't ask for more than that. The scooter itself is an excellent product. I’ve had the sc outer for less than a year and the batteries went bad. The cost of replacing them is over $200. So this scooter is not worth the money if the batteries only last one year.

At first, I had difficulty assembling the scooter once at the store. After 5 or 6 times I learned how to quickly assemble the scooter. the parts are not too heavy to place into the car.
