I am absolutely in LOVE with this pan. I love cooking, and I've spent a long time building a great collection of cooking tools, but I didn't have a deep sautee pan like this one, so I felt incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to try it out. And oh, my gosh. This pan immediately became a new favorite of mine. It's beautiful, but that's easy to see from pictures. It's got a great weight to it, and is designed well as far as how natural it feels to use it goes. There's no awkwardness to the design- that's something I definitely have run into before. It's absolutely gorgeous- I have a rack of hanging cookware and this pan is absolutely pretty enough to have immediately earned a spot on the rack. The pan is definitely non-stick, and to a much higher degree than I'm used to. The bottom of the inside of the pan has a gorgeous design to the non-stick surface, but you'd have to work REALLY hard to get something to actually stick to the bottom of this pan, and even then I honestly don't have much faith you'd succeed. The depth is perfect for things like sauces, but this is probably going to turn into a pan I use for everything, pretty much as often as possible. It cooks super evenly, and even in cases where I left something cooking too long and it honestly should have burned, it didn't. I'm not saying that nothing ever will burn, but I do think this pan buys me some time in scenarios where an extra minute or so could make or break a meal. I do believe that it bought me time where something would have otherwise burned under the same conditions in a different pan. In short, this pan is built different. I am in love with it, it's become an immediate new favorite pan to cook with. The fact that it is so nice and deep, and offers so much capacity, is really just the icing on the cake- this is an insanely nice pan. I've never had one like this and I'm absolutely head over heels for it. It adds some extra joy to cooking, and I honestly couldn't be happier with it. If you can, this pan is absolutely worth splurging on. It's built to last and it's going to rock your world!

This pan arrived in just 2 days, and I was stunned. Not only did it arrive quickly, but it was very carefully packaged in a protective box with padding. I always love it when items arrive so fast and are thoughtfully packed. This pan is stainless steel, but it's unique because it has an excellent depth that none of my other pans have. It's also oven-safe and dishwasher-safe, so you can bake with it if you desire. It is a non-stick pan, not Teflon, which can peel off. It has a unique pattern on the bottom of the pan, which prevents food from sticking. There is nothing worse than a pan that food sticks to. Even better, compared to my other pans, you can use just a little butter or oil. The pan heats up much quicker than any of my other pans, but it has great heat distribution. I love how easy it is to clean up this pan. Nothing sticks to it. That is absolutely fantastic. I love this pan. It's amazing and beautiful, to boot. The matching lid fits perfectly and is beautiful. It makes scrambled eggs perfectly which is my favorite dish. They never burn in this pan, and nothing sticks. I love this pan so much. It looks beautiful on my stove, but it's a true workhorse. 5+ stars

We are moving all teflon-coated pots and pans from the kitchen. So this 10 inch, 3.7 quart stainless steel saute pan is among the first of our new cookware. It looks and feels like the well-know All Clad cookware (which is a bit more expensive for a similar sized pan) but this is also advertised as non-stick. Our initial experience, with eggs on a gas range, was good. However, pan was not completely non-stick: for clean-up we needed a nylon scouring sponge to remove some of lingering egg residue. Overall, we like this saute pan and look forward to using/testing it as we use it to cook other meals in the coming weeks.

I wasn't sure what quality to expect from this brand. The price point was high, but that doesn't always mean that the product you end up with matches what the price reflects. I'm happy to report that in this instance, this pan is worth every penny and more. It's HEAVY - like my husband picked it up and asked if I bought it to replace our cast iron (to be fair, he's not a cook so doesn't know the difference between this kind of pan and that one, but the weight is similar). The lid is just as high in quality as the pan itself with a nice weight to it, too. One thing to note is the instruction booklet that came along with this pan didn't specify whether or not you can use it in the dishwasher, which is always a negative for me since I'm lazy, but since the cleaning instructions were basically "wash it with a sponge or soft cloth" I'm going to assume it's not dishwasher safe.

I was very impressed with this pan when I pulled it out of the box it came in today. The fit and finish is just beautiful, from the finely crafted lid to the non-stick finish in the pan itself. And speaking of the non-stick, it certainly is that. You only need the TINIEST drizzle of oil with this pan. The rivets that hold the handles on are thick and solid, and the thickness of the metal is good...heat distribution is excellent. I love that it comes with a lid, and a vented lid at that. The most important thing I think is the fact the non-stick doesn't use anything nasty like Teflon. That means a lot to me, as I'm not a fan of "forever chemicals" floating around in my body. This is a fantastic sauté pan by any standard, and is a wonderful addition to my kitchen arsenal. 5 stars.

This is truly a monster of a pan -- large, deep, heavy, and beautifully non-stick with a hybrid coating in an interesting repeating pattern. We've only used it once so far but it cooked well and easily cleaned up with dish soap and a brush. They say you can use metal utensils but I won't be doing that since I'm in the habit of using non-metallic utensils when cooking with non-stick pans so I may as well not take a chance.
