Tap anywhere on the spout or handle of the faucet with your hand, wrist, or forearm to start and stop the flow of water. Thoughtfully designed to make kitchen tasks easier, Touch2O Technology allows you to turn the faucet on and off with just a touch anywhere on the faucet's spout or handle. Designed for precise, responsive control every time, no matter where you touch. You can easily control and change the water temperature above the deck using the faucet handle. TempSense™ Technology measures the water temperature in the faucet. The LED light at the base of the faucet changes from blue to magenta to red depending upon the temperature of the water to let you know when the water temperature is right for you. A/C adapter EP102157 is available to purchase separately as an option to avoid changing batteries. Even if the adapter is used, batteries are still recommended as a back-up if power goes out. Once power is restored, the solenoid valve will automatically revert back to using A/C power. All Touch2O models are water-efficient, underlining Delta's commitment to conservation. The pull-down spray wand comes free with a gentle tug and gives you total flexibility. The hose extends and retracts without friction points, fed by gravity. As you raise the wand to dock it, the magnet embedded in the spout pulls the wand precisely into place. So, unlike other pull-downs that tend to droop over time, MagnaTite® keeps your pull-down faucet looking picture- perfect. Delta's exclusive DIAMOND Seal® Technology uses a valve with a tough diamond coating. InnoFlex® PEX waterways keep water inside the faucet out of contact with potential metal contaminants. We were looking for a faucet that met the following criteria: 1. High quality touch on/off feature 2. Easy to install with minimal tools -- don't need a plumber 3. Had both pull out and pull down sprayer head 4. High quality, easy to use one handed docking of sprayer head 5. Pleasant design 6. Could be integrated with Google assistant voice commands This faucet met all of those criteria, and it has functioned very well since I installed it. Installation was simple, and the tough function has worked flawlessly for over a month now. I also ordered and installed the voice command unit that connects the faucet to your wifi, and that works perfectly as well. The sprayer head has good spray power, but it's not so powerful that it gets water all over the counter when using it. The dock works well and the sprayer head retracts without having to manually push the hose back into the faucet. We found many faucets for a lower cost that met some but not all of our criteria. For the money, I believe the design of this is well worth the cost. ... show more

Ok, so I didn't really need a new kitchen faucet. The old one (Kohler Simplice) worked just fine. I just wasn't in love with the design. I started looking at faucet styles I liked -- starting with commercial-style ones as well as very modern ones. I really couldn't justify replacing the faucet unless it was really different (either in style or function), and then I started looking at touchless faucets. I liked the idea of not touch the faucet with germy or food-covered hands, as well as keeping the area around the faucet drier. I wasn't excited about the touchless faucets that have sensors on the base of the faucet. Not sure that keeps me from getting water on the countertop. Then I found this one where you can touch it anywhere to turn it on/off. Here's what I love: - I can touch the faucet anywhere and it turns on/off. Often that's an elbow somewhere on the faucet. - I love the indicator for water temp. I didn't think this would matter, but our water is hot immediately and it's nice to not be surprised - It functions well-- a pull down sprayer is a must in my book. - It looks good -- it's a nice combination between a commercial-style faucet and a more streamlined one. It's big enough to make a statement but it's not enormous like some I looked at. So far (about a month in) it's working great. Some reviewers commented that the pull down-spray part is plastic versus metal and they thought that was kind of cheap. I'm guessing it can't be metal because it would turn the water on/off when you touch it. If you've turned the water on, and then want to use the pull down sprayer to clean the sink, you don't want to turn off the water when you grab the sprayer. (It looks seamless with the rest of the faucet to me.) ... show more

We needed a new faucet as port of our slow rolling kitchen remodel. This faucets style fits in very well with our kitchen appliances which all have the clean European style design. The style looks great and it is the first piece that catches the eye when entering our kitchen. Installation was very easy, though the instructions are hard to follow (almost need a magnifying glass to read them). I was not sure how the battery pack would work, but it has enough lead wire that I was able to set it onto of the insta-hot unit we have to keep it out of the way. I didn't realize the LED light at the base was designed to turn from blue to red to tell when cold or hot water is flowing from the faucet- this is a nice feature for us as we always have to run water for a bit before it gets hot. The tap on and off feature also seems to work very well and will come in handy when preparing food and don't want to touch the faucet handle. All in all, I highly recommend this product if you are interested in a stylized and functional upgrade for your kitchen! ... show more
