I love my BWE Kitchen Faucet. It matches my kitchen knobs and I love how the faucet functions. It didn't come with a small disk to cover the hole for the spray hose but I found the perfect match at my local hardware store for less than five dollars. I admit, I felt the disk to cover the hole should have been included in the purchase. However, I love everything else so much, I am taking the time to recommend this great faucet. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My wife and her friends absolutely love this faucet. Up until recently it worked flawlessly for over 3 years. Started not being able to have full pressure when turning on. It was like it would throttle itself / limit itself on wide open. Well you need the pressure to actuate the pressure wand button to blast off the food particles from your dishes. That is the best feature. So I started researching and found out there was a little check valve screen in the head of the retractable wand. I removed that and now it’s back to normal operation. I did replace the cartridge as well first thinking that was the problem but it turns out it was not. I will attach a video to this review to explain. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This thing is WAY cheaper than I originally thought. And it was so much more expensive than the other faucets. And it's going in the trash after only two months and one week. And I have to pay to have another one installed.! The main useful feature of this faucet is the high speed pressure wash button. If you get this faucet, you intend to use it all the time, and I did use it all the time. You end up press that button several times a day. Last week that button stopped working correctly, and then yesterday it just popped off. Turns out it's just a bunch of cheap plastic, and with no real mechanical connections. I tried sort of bending the inside of the button plastic clasp back into shape, and popping it back on, it worked for a second, but that lasted about 20 minutes. It won't go back on at all now.
