I love my BWE Kitchen Faucet. It matches my kitchen knobs and I love how the faucet functions. It didn't come with a small disk to cover the hole for the spray hose but I found the perfect match at my local hardware store for less than five dollars. First, I should say this faucet is very aesthetically pleasing, easy to install, and worked perfectly...for 13 months. Unfortunately, the plastic button to change spray settings broke (after 13 months) and, knowing the product has a 5-year warranty (based on the website), I contacted the manufacturer to no avail. In fact, I've reached out multiple times over a few weeks and have not gotten one response from the manufacturer. Sad because we really liked this faucet! Be aware: quality is poor and lack of customer support makes the warranty useless! ... show more
