This touchless faucet is both sleek looking and the functionality is accurate to the description. The water pressure on both running water and the sprayer has increased from our old sink probably double. The touchless feature is very responsive and we have had no issues with it at all. The install is self explanatory and seems to be holding up without any issues. Some have Complained of looseness at the nut from under the sink but I have had no problems with that as the design seems to be comparable to other sinks I have installed. The look and feel is very solid and it appears to be easy to clean so far with the six weeks of use it has had. For half the price of the Kohler and Moen models it seems to be an easy choice.

I usually do not write a ton of reviews. I save them for the companies and products that truly deserve them. In this case, this product and company deserve a glowing review. The product is easy to install, visually stunning, and completely functional. Sounds like things that should be a given, however, we amazon shoppers know that is not always the case. Even when I had a discrepancy of a missing piece they immediately answered my email and sent out the piece Express!! I will absolutely recommend this product and this company.

I am giving this four stars I put this in (easy to install) and I've had it on I say about 9 months to a year most of them are pros for this faucet. It's beautiful, great water pressure, easy to clean and use. Simple to install, if you follow directions. CONS for this faucet are two BIG ones in my eyes I have the one with the motion sensor and I love that motion sensor because I cook and bake a lot, the first thing is the motion sensor is in the front so when you're washing a big pot or a lid to a pot it shuts the sensor off all the time, I THINK THE SENSOR SHOULD BE PUT ON THE LEFT SO IT'S NOT DIRECTLY IN THE FRONT AND SHUTS OFF ALL THE TIME WHEN YOU'RE WASHING DISHES. THE SECOND ONE IS IT RUNS THROUGH BATTERIES LIKE NO ONE'S BUSINESS I AM CONSTANTLY UNDER THERE CHANGING THE 4 BATTERIES AND NO I'M NOT USING CHEAP BATTERIES I'M USING THE BEST DURACELL, AND ENERGIZER IT DOESN'T MATTER I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CRAWL UNDER THERE AND CHANGE BATTERIES EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS I REALLY WISH THIS CAME WITH AN AC ADAPTER (SO YOU CAN PLUG IT IN) I'M 58 YEARS OLD AND IT IS A PAIN IN THE RUMP TO CHANGE THESE BATTERIES EVERY COUPLE WEEKS. NOW those are my only two CONS but they're pretty big ones, and their things I didn't think about getting a motion sensor faucet for the first time I even have a deep sink but when I put pasta pans dishes even plates you know when you go to flip them when you're washing them it goes in front of that sensor boom it turns it off so you're constantly turning it back on it doesn't matter if you just have the faucet on that sensor is always working and another thing when the battery is go out your whole faucet shuts down it's not just the motion sensor that quits working, YOU GET NO WATER COMING OUT AT ALL SO YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES RIGHT THEN. No I definitely would buy this again if the sensor wasn't changed to the left and you could get an AC adapter it is so uncomfortable for me to get under there and change those batteries at my age with a bad back, I'm almost ready to get a new faucet and I love the look The style the pressure everything else is a plus but with those batteries and that motion sensor in the front and that's the one thing that made me gravitate towards this faucet was that motion sensor I don't understand why they didn't put it on the left side of this faucet its smack dab in the front so every time you wash a plate a dish a lid to the pots and pans it's constantly going off and on and there's nothing you can really do about that when you have to flip a pan you have to do it so those are my pros and cons folks it's a beautiful faucet was easy to install but those two CONS are really weighing on me.

We purchased this faucet in September 2022, it worked flawlessly until last week when the water would flow to a trickle sometimes. I contacted customer service explained the problem they asked me a few questions than determined it was the control module. They shipped me a replacement right away and now it works great again. Great product great customer service!!

The lock nut that came with the faucet was too large for the shank and did not fit properly. This caused the faucet to be loose after installation. Quality of parts was also cheap as well and the water lines began to fray while moving them around during the install.

I really liked the look of this faucet. It was pretty easy to install. The only problem I ran in to was the instructions, they are a little vague. To get it to be motion controlled...the instructions state to turn the screw on the sensor Counter-Clockwise. This is backwards. ..It should be Clockwise for motion operation and Counter-Clockwise for Manual operation.

Nice design, touch less faucet. Really easy to install. Had to buy a 1/2 inch to 3/8 inch adaptor for water lines. Also screw/nut under faucet is made of brass and the nut was not holding very well. Has two set screws to put pressure on rubber seal and when tightening it literally slid off. Was able to get it so it would tighten. We shall see if it stays. Nice looking faucet and the touch less feature allows us to clean fish/chicken/pork without spreading germs everywhere.

Fast delivery and it looked brand new but it became obvious it wasn't. Out of the box the threads on the main post were stripped out exactly where the nut gets tight under the counter to have it be secure and sturdy. I guess I could have rigged it but it was supposed to be new. I decided to reinstall my old one so we could return the defective one. Full replacement came quickly and had open bags and the directions for installing another model faucet but everything went on great and has been working as it is supposed to. We love it.
