This touchless faucet is both sleek looking and the functionality is accurate to the description. The water pressure on both running water and the sprayer has increased from our old sink probably double. The touchless feature is very responsive and we have had no issues with it at all. The install is self explanatory and seems to be holding up without any issues. Some have Complained of looseness at the nut from under the sink but I have had no problems with that as the design seems to be comparable to other sinks I have installed. The look and feel is very solid and it appears to be easy to clean so far with the six weeks of use it has had. I was not expecting the quality and functionality to be so good. Great install for a DIY. The hands free, dual flow rate is very cool as well. Use a little water pressure for light tasks or stronger water pressure for bigger jobs. The build quality is great. Absolutely no complaints.

I am giving this four stars I put this in (easy to install) and I've had it on I say about 9 months to a year most of them are pros for this faucet. It's beautiful, great water pressure, easy to clean and use. Simple to install, if you follow directions. CONS for this faucet are two BIG ones in my eyes I have the one with the motion sensor and I love that motion sensor because I cook and bake a lot, the first thing is the motion sensor is in the front so when you're washing a big pot or a lid to a pot it shuts the sensor off all the time, I THINK THE SENSOR SHOULD BE PUT ON THE LEFT SO IT'S NOT DIRECTLY IN THE FRONT AND SHUTS OFF ALL THE TIME WHEN YOU'RE WASHING DISHES. THE SECOND ONE IS IT RUNS THROUGH BATTERIES LIKE NO ONE'S BUSINESS I AM CONSTANTLY UNDER THERE CHANGING THE 4 BATTERIES AND NO I'M NOT USING CHEAP BATTERIES I'M USING THE BEST DURACELL, AND ENERGIZER IT DOESN'T MATTER I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CRAWL UNDER THERE AND CHANGE BATTERIES EVERY COUPLE OF WEEKS I REALLY WISH THIS CAME WITH AN AC ADAPTER (SO YOU CAN PLUG IT IN) I'M 58 YEARS OLD AND IT IS A PAIN IN THE RUMP TO CHANGE THESE BATTERIES EVERY COUPLE WEEKS. NOW those are my only two CONS but they're pretty big ones, and their things I didn't think about getting a motion sensor faucet for the first time I even have a deep sink but when I put pasta pans dishes even plates you know when you go to flip them when you're washing them it goes in front of that sensor boom it turns it off so you're constantly turning it back on it doesn't matter if you just have the faucet on that sensor is always working and another thing when the battery is go out your whole faucet shuts down it's not just the motion sensor that quits working, YOU GET NO WATER COMING OUT AT ALL SO YOU HAVE TO CHANGE THE BATTERIES RIGHT THEN. No I definitely would buy this again if the sensor wasn't changed to the left and you could get an AC adapter it is so uncomfortable for me to get under there and change those batteries at my age with a bad back, I'm almost ready to get a new faucet and I love the look The style the pressure everything else is a plus but with those batteries and that motion sensor in the front and that's the one thing that made me gravitate towards this faucet was that motion sensor I don't understand why they didn't put it on the left side of this faucet its smack dab in the front so every time you wash a plate a dish a lid to the pots and pans it's constantly going off and on and there's nothing you can really do about that when you have to flip a pan you have to do it so those are my pros and cons folks it's a beautiful faucet was easy to install but those two CONS are really weighing on me. ... show more

This faucet… I have never in my life encountered such a frustrating piece of equipment. The washer to connect to the counter top would not Thread properly, I spent the better part of thirty minutes fighting with the cheap materials, just trying to get it to thread. Fast forward two months, the water pressure completely dies and only a trickle of water comes out. To my horror, trouble shooting requires completely uninstalling to isolate the issue. Some reviews talk about having to disconnect the handle because it controls water flow, others talk about lose connections in the faucet head. When none of these issues provided a resolution, I moved on to the control box. After fighting with the cheap plastic box and “closing” the option for the sensor, the issue was not resolved. The final step involved completely removing the control box, which worked. I now have water pressure. I then got back under the sink to reinstall it and secure it to the counter top… again a 30 minute battle that consisted of me wanting to throw the washer because it wouldn’t Thread properly. Now, in between all of this, during the troubleshooting phase, I reached out to Amazon who refused to replace or refund. They put me in touch with the manufacturer whom never returned my voicemails or emails. I ended up just working on the issue over the course of a week trying to figure out what the issue was. The control box is no longer connected, therefore I no longer have access to the touch less feature. Please do not waste your time with this purchase. There must be far better options at a far better price. ... show more

We do love our new faucet. Apparently it comes with a wrong part, according to my husband but he has the correct part at home so he was able to install but it was a bit frustrating. We’ve had the faucet for a few months now and it works great! The black matte finish is still intact and the hand motion feature still works great.
