We installed this faucet about 18 months ago and we loved it for 17 of those months and would have given it a 5 star rating. Then it began erratically switching to spray patterns and making that awful rattling sound. I thought that maybe it needed to be cleaned out and found a video on how to take it apart. It wasn't easy but I was able to do it. The noise went away for a few days but has returned and we can't seem to keep the water flow from activating the hard spray head. We've determined this is a design flaw since we have found others complaining of the same problem. We are about to contact the customer service at Delta to see what can be done to fix the problem. Depending on how Delta responds, we will come back to this review and change it to either one star or 5 stars. It will be their choice but we can't live with this faucet any longer. UPDATE: We contacted Delta's customer service and they readily shipped out a new wand to us which we installed and it solved the problem. I have changed the star rating from a 3 to a 5. ... show more

So far so good! After suffering almost a total loss during hurricane Helene we had to replace just about everything and this so far has been one of my favorite changes. Love the unique look! The sprayer easily comes out and goes back right back in with a tight fit. No drooping hose. The pressure of the sprayer is great as well. Would definitely recommend! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. It's only been a couple of hours since these (2) Delta Keele faucets were installed in our 2 kitchen sinks & we're very happy. The installation was straight forward & easy but it helps to have a master plumber & heating contractor. in the house! The pressure is great and the finish matches brushless nickel we have for our disposal button and soap dispenser & all the handles and pulls in the kitchen, all nickel. I posted a video but mislabeled the model as "Keene" - the model is "Keele". And the finish is "Spotshield Stainless", not "Spotless Stainless"! Hey, I'm old! I had hoped to post a 2nd video but Amazon only allows one video per review, and they won't allow me to write another review, even though I bought 2 of these. lol So far so good but time will tell. My concern is can the diverter on the spray handle hold up because that was a continual failure on the 2 ($800 each) Elkay faucets we replaced. Eklay honored their lifetime warranty each time the diverter broke & sent a replacement hand spray each time only to have each fail within one year due to a design flaw. After 4 years of replacements, Elkay could no longer replace it as they discontinued the faucet! So we put up with broken diverter buttons for another 2 years until today. Lesson learned: expensive doesn't guarantee quality! I hope these last but if they don't at least they are 1/3 the price! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I want to start out by saying, I LOVE this faucet. We have the Brushed Nickel Spotshield finish, and it’s amazing. No fingerprints. Easy to clean. Couldn’t ask for a better faucet as far as upkeep. It is extremely sleek and modern, and I love the way it functions. As you’ll see in my video, it’s very easy to control the water pressure. The on/off handle glides incredibly smoothly allowing for very specific control of water pressure. Also note in the video that whatever setting you have the sprayer set to, that’s where it stays until you change it. Some faucets revert back to the sprayer function when turned off, this does not…and I love that. My ONLY complaint so far…this little piece that connects to the head of the nozzle (see photos) ended up becoming loose. After less than a month of use, I noticed that the nozzle head wasn’t attaching to the base snuggly anymore. There was a gap, and I thought I was going crazy. Surely enough, I checked the fittings, and this little piece just needed screwed tight again. The nozzle head should fit perfectly flush with the arm of the base (see photos). If it doesn’t, check the fitting that connects to the nozzle head to make sure it hadn’t come loose. I’m waiting to see if the issue happens again. I remove the head to spray out my sink several times a day, so I’m guessing it’s just jiggling itself loose little by little. We might have to remedy it with glue or plumbers tape or something. Docking a star for that reason only. ... show more
