I received the faucet with no damage. All parts were in the box (no tools, use your own). It came with simple instructions that had pictures to make it easier to install. Took me a little over an hour because I hate going under the sink. It was easy though. Quality seems great. Easy to swivel or move the faucet/sprayer from side to side or out of the way. Great water pressure. I really like the restaurant look and it easily goes back after you pull the sprayer out. Make sure to install the weight provided at the spot they designated with tape. Simple upgrade at a great price.

Overall this thing is great, about a million times better than what it replaced in our house, no real complaints at all. pressure is nice on the spray function and it feels very sturdy and professional. Looks great and the brushed finish matches our kitchen very well. Installation was for the most part straight forward, any hiccups encountered were due to old plumbing, not the faucets fault.

Great boxing presentation. Everything was very easy to see and to keep organized during installation. There are NO written instructions but I'm the type of guy who would throw it out anyways. This appears to be made for professional installation. I work for a high end stone countertop fabricator company and have seen my fair share of fancy faucets in kitchens. I was really impressed with this faucet and would compare it to some other high-end brands out there that I've seen. Although the quality is going to reside in the internal components for disability. Time will only tell on this faucet. The LED light seems to distract from overall beauty and presentation of the faucet but it does serve a functional purpose which my family likes. I think I'm going to like it the more I use it. It's blue when it's cold and then flickers and then turns to green when it's warm and safe for hands. As the water gets hotter the light changes to red. This is where it it would be uncomfortable for hands. When the water gets REALLY hot the red light flashes to warn you not to put your hands in it. Overall it's very cool. It's got some good heft to it so it feels very well built. The metal finish was smooth and appears to be easy to keep clean. The metal spring feels solid and very resilient for daily use. The controls move smoothly and feel well designed. The hardware to attach allowed me to attach it solidly to our sink and provides a nice rubber seal to prevent water from leaking. I really love the new faucet. I wish I would have done this sooner. I actually didn't mean to order this one because it was a bit more expensive than the other I was looking at but I'm glad I did. Still it was $200 less than what my plumbing supplier quoted me for a similar faucet.

It took me awhile to go ahead and install this since I was waiting on other parts to cover the other holes in my 3 hole sink. after installing it and tightening the base as much as I could it still felt a little wobbly. I would say it could use more support but I'll have to leave it for my husband to figure out so he can rig something crazy up. water pressure is awesome from the faucet rinsing dishes is speedy. the faucet head it'self while it can flex is a little bit too low from what i was imagining. again something for my husband to rig up to fix. ideally I would hope not to rig anything up to fix it but my husband is handy so I don't mind. others who want a quick install with no issues for the long term might want to take this into consideration. The best part I did not notice when I originally placed the order is how the lights change color. blue for cold green for warm and red for hot. if it's scalding hot it will flash red which is great for kids and elderly so no one is burning their hands on scalding tap water. a feature I am very happy with. Overall a good faucet, that fits my needs and is safe for those who need a little extra protection.
