IK ordered and it is as expected. Great pressure, and it looks just as described. 2 Reasons I gave it 4 out of 5, packaging didn't bring any rubber or plastic piece to seal from water falling under sink, 2 and it has to be crooked to not wobble, however that is in the pictures.

Amazing for the price! It was easy to install (our last faucet was NOT), after a couple weeks, it works great! Great pressure, looks good (bought the one that looks like the industrial/restaurant style), and no leaks or issues! For a nice looking, on trend faucet, it’s a great options for the price. The sprayer head IS plastic, so is it gonna last 20 years? Not likely. But at this price I could buy 3-4 of them before I get to the typical price, which would likely break also.

UPDATE the next day: I discovered that once you unhook the handheld part from the holder, you can spin the holder back out of the way, and the force of the spring actually aims the water directly at the center of my sink basin! So, problem solved! I think this is actually an easier way to use it as well, as you can just reach up and direct the water around much easier than having to pull it out of the holder first. Even on full blast, the force of the spring keeps it aimed at the center. This is a very nice faucet at an amazing price. I replaced a "Water Ridge" faucet I'd bought from Costco a few years ago, which developed a leak under the sink. I took the opportunity to upgrade to this stylish design. It was super easy to install, and took me more time to remove the old faucet than to install this one. It uses standard 3/8" plumbing connections. The instructions don't have the best English, and one of the steps was already done for me, which was confusing at first. But neither of those is a big deal. The water flow is very good and I think it outputs more volume than my previous one, as I get hot water without waiting as long as with my old one. What I did notice though when rinsing dishes, compared to my old faucet which was a more traditional design, is that when I pivot this faucet over either basin of my dual sink, because of the length of the arm (which is 9 inches according to the diagram), it's not possible to position it in the center of either basin of my sink. Look at the picture of it in my sink to see what I mean. So the best I can do is to position it at a place where I can rinse dishes without bumping into the side of sink or splashing water all over the back of the sink. It's certainly OK, and of course it's not a fault of this faucet. But I would advise anyone who is putting this on a dual sink, to see if a faucet with 9 inches of reach is going to reach the center of your basins. It was not something I though to consider before buying. Next time I will probably look for one with 12 or more inches of reach, if that exists. Even with 9 inches, it still looks fine, and is perfectly usable, just not ideal.

I’m not sure if I just got unlucky or if it’s poor quality but this faucet has a huge issue with leaking. It was an easy installation that perhaps was the reason I never bothered to look back down under my sink. Unfortunately once I did I realized that this faucet had been leaking for a while maybe even from the day of installation and it ruined the bottom of my sink, it leaked so much water that mold started growing and now I have to replace the board that it leaked on. The leak was coming from the internal parts where all the hoses meet so there was no fixing it, I couldn’t even exactly access the point of the leak because I couldn’t pull out the hoses completely thus not even letting me patch it. I had to put an old paint bucket under my sink to catch the water and it would fill up in two days, I was shocked at how much water was collecting in such a short amount of time. Everything seemed good at a glance the finish of the paint of the faucet was good, the hose length was nice and it did its job, it never really gave indication that something else was going on. When we first installed it the faucet worked great it felt smooth and seamless. At some point however the button that is used to switch between the rinse and stream mode started getting stuck in the middle and it would almost give you a combination of both settings but with horrible pressure. The handle that is used to turn the water from hot to cold eventually also started to get a bit tough to turn. That eventually caused the issue that the water was either running at full blast or getting just a trickle there was no in between and on the off chance that you could get the water flowing at a reasonable rate it would take minutes that simply weren’t worth it. For my unfortunate luck I discovered the leak once the return window had ended and had to get amazon support to help me make a return luckily because it was clear that the leak happened way before the one month mark I was able to get a refund. For anyone else getting this faucet or if you already have it check on it periodically to make sure it’s not leaking or it’s gonna cause more damage than this thing costs. Not a great experience with this faucet, I don’t recommend it and I for sure will not buy it again.
