The installation was straightforward and hassle-free. It came with all the necessary hardware, including water lines, and the instructions were clear. I had it up and running in under 30 minutes without needing a plumber. The water pressure is excellent, and the pull-down sprayer has a solid reach and good retraction. The dual spray modes (stream and spray) switch easily with the button on the nozzle. It feels responsive and smooth during use. The brushed nickel finish looks modern and resists fingerprints and water spots well. It adds a clean, professional touch to the kitchen. Would definitely recommend. The only minor issue I have noticed is that where the spring piece snaps into the main column (it just pushes in till you hear a click), that tends to come loose every once in a while. I may try to super glue it in next time. But otherwise, install was pretty easy, quality seems great, and spray pressure is nice. I have had and heavily used this faucet for around 4 months, and it has held up very nicely. It looks very modern, is very flexible and lengthy, is not too difficult to install, easy to use, and overall very decent quality. I will not however that the holder is not very tight around the nozzle of the faucet, and occasionally falls, and the temperature does take a while to heat up. However other than that this is a very nice and decent quality product that i use daily. 4/5 stars. ... show more
